Chris Martin to perform on VMA!
why in the news of coldplaying it is said that "You may remember that almost a year ago Coldplay’s ‘Violet Hill’ was nominated for Best Special Effects at the 2008 awards, and in 2007 you may also remember that Chris Martin performed a duet that year with Nelly Furtado."? they didn't perform it!

Viva La Vida... demos thread
I don't understand why you put "december 2005" in the news when "lovers in japan" was never mentioned before January 2008 when Prospekt talked about the Christmas (2007) sessions Maybe it could have been december 2006! but not 2005

RIP Jennifer/Nettie
I'm really sad! poor Nettie, she was very nice to me when I met her last October It's good that Kasabian paid tribute to her dedicating their gig I don't know whether you noticed that or not but she's also in the middle of one of the huge posters that lead to the main entry of the O2 arena Bye Nettie!

2008: VIVA LA VIDA TOUR - EASY THREAD FINDER (updated 6-Oct-08)
is viva la vida tour gonna be the biggest world tour of the last twenty years, when the south american concerts will be announced, in terms of number of concerts? it already plays more venues than any rolling stones, madonna, bon jovi and u2 tour! there are a couple of red hot chili peppers' with 180 concerts (i'm relying on wikipedia) for californication/by the way promotion but i've spotted a 222 concerts tour in 1988 by metallica, coldplay has a 159 one now plus south america so they're not gonna beat it! anyway i've been considering only large scale tours, not mid sized band that may play hundreds of very small venues and clubs
