Quite the impressive debut for Steve Bernier... 2 goals, 1 assist? I think he's working toward a permanent spot on our top line. :D He's got less than half of the points that Dainius Zubrus had when he came last season at the deadline, but already produced more than he did in 7 games with us. I've got a good feeling about him.

9 tracks, 42 minutes. That's 4:40 per song on average. The Beatles had a handful of albums around 42 minutes with tracks that were barely over 3 minutes. Also, in my opinion, Muse's last (45:25) was too short, but Radiohead's (42:37) seemed all right. It depends on how well the songs work together and, of course, their quality.

They just added Federov too. I'm never gonna hear the end of this from my friend the Caps fan. Campbell to the Sharks? Fine, as long as he's not in the East I'm happy.

We're going to lose Brian Campbell. There's no way he's staying the way things are going. Maybe we'll pick up someone good though. (Marian Hossa? I can dream...)

Overdue. Haven't heard the album in a long time, but that's what I'm going for. Actually, I'm just voting so that Cave and Hate This & I'll Love You stay in.

The Gloaming. This song does nothing for me.

SMBH. It's pretty simple...not much variation in structure or anything. Plus, I think the "solo" is the weakest in Muse's collection.

I want Like Spinning Plates to move on, but it's gonna be hard to fight Pyramid Song and You And Whose Army?

I find it odd that two of the most serious injuries in the history of the NHL (both carotid slashes) happened within a block of each other in the city of Buffalo. It's kinda ridiculous, and probably a bad omen...

This might sound harsh, but Jonny isn't good enough of a guitarist to be in Guitar Hero. He doesn't have the kind of intricate or memorable riffs that are really necessary for a game of that style. I mean, it took Muse something BETTER than Hysteria and Stockholm Syndrome to get them put into the game. Coldplay, as they stand currently, don't have a prayer of being in there. Now I loathe Guitar Hero, so I see that as a good thing. I love Knights of Cydonia to death, but I can't stand to hear it mutilated all the time. Coldplay should just stay as far from that game as possible, in my opinion.

At Darien Lake (9/1/2005) he ran through the crowd and started climbing up one of the giant poles that held the tent up. It was pretty crazy.

That's true, but April 18th was the first time the song was actually heard, which was almost a month and a half before release of the album. I have hopes for this happening again.

One more month until it's done. That's not one more month until it gets released. Probably 2 or 3.
