This is like the twenty greatest hits album threads we've had before at different times. It seems nobody can even remember old threads anymore. As soon as something's two pages into the pile, somebody brings it up again.

X&Y has seemed to be a disappointment. Another album would, if done right, help EMI quite a bit. So the record label is going to promote it. Together with X&Y, the combined sales mey just outsel AROBTTH after all. And anyway, albums done in a short period of time always turn out to be better that the much-anticipated ones.

Chris only said he was THINKING about this stuff. Besides, in his never-ending attempt to make Coldplay the next U2, maybe this is just his idea of doing an experimental album.

I'm very open minded with music. I really like artists like Linkin Park, Nirvana, Papa Roach, Staind, Alter Bridge, and Weezer. But I also enjoy listening to artists like Yanni and Pink Floyd.

It's way too slow and boring. And Coldplay made a stupid decision to put Sparks before Yellow. The songs don't flow well at all. But I like the bass. :)
