  1. http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/08/08/mccartney.mills.reut/index.html Wife locked out of McCartney home McCartney divorce sours as star freezes bank account LONDON, England (Reuters) -- Heather Mills McCartney laughed off being locked out of estranged husband Paul McCartney's London home, her spokesman said on Tuesday, but her divorce battle with the former Beatle appears to be turning sour. On Monday, police were called to McCartney's London residence when Mills' security guard climbed over the wall of his premises wall to let her in. The locks on the gates had been changed. "One of the security people inside called the police," Mills' spokesman said. "They turned up and she went off for a drive around the block with the kid." Mills had arrived at the home with her two-year-old daughter Beatrice, the couple's only child. "She was laughing about it," Phil Hall said, when asked about newspaper reports that Mills was angry at being locked out. But he confirmed that McCartney had frozen their joint bank account and had sent a "legal letter" to his wife to complain after three bottles of cleaning fluid were taken from his Sussex home to clean Mills' nearby office. McCartney's spokesman was not immediately available for comment. Although the couple described their separation as amicable when it was announced in May, McCartney cited her "unreasonable behavior" in divorce papers and Mills responded by vowing to file counter-claims in Britain and the United States. Lawyers believe McCartney could lose up to one quarter of his wealth, estimated at 825 million pounds ($1.5 billion), as a result of a divorce. The couple married in 2002 having met in 1999 at a charity event a year after the death from breast cancer of McCartney's first wife Linda. Mills has been the target of lurid allegations in British tabloids since separating from McCartney, but he has strongly denied she married him for his money, saying in May there was "not an ounce of truth in this." HAHA.
  2. Mr. Cool, I would advise you to let this go. Maldini is a brainwashed individual who cannot see what a bloodthirsty and cowardly organization Hizbollah is, and it is clear that he has no sympathy for the dignified state of Israel.
  3. "Are you kidding me,those soldiers captured no abducted" captured? Hizbollah dug a tunnel INTO Israel and abducted the soldiers, took them OUT of Israel through the tunnel. What part of that is not abducted?
  4. "I think you didn't want see it,maybe you see it but you ignore it" I asked for the documentation and I'm still waiting. "If Hezbollah targeting Israeli civilians, just take a look and see how many civilians died each side and you will know" The intent of each side is the important factor. I would deduce from this little back-and-forth that you are less than a celebrant of Israel and Jews in general, thus it does not bother you that Hizbollah wants every one of them dead. Maybe you should make your way up to Lebanon and help your friends in Hizbollah. I hear they are looking for new recruits to fire rockets into Israel.
  5. Taking out supply lines that Syria and Iran use to resupply Hizbollah will shorten this war by weakening Hizbollah so that they can be destroyed before they kill any more innocent men, women, and children, which they are targeting. Just remember Maldini, if Hizbollah had not abducted Israeli soldiers who were minding their own business, there would be no war and no civilian casualties.
  6. "I think Hezbollah not a cowered as you say.Remember who lunched the rockets on civilians first.Remember who doing the massacres.Remember who all his fighting by aircraft but in land with the all technological weapons against people fight by old weapons can't make any progress. Then you will know who is the cowered" Why don't you document these "massacres", provide evidence to back up your claim. Speaking in generalities will get you nowhere. I have no idea what you are talking about. So it's unfair that Israel is using technology to fight Hezbollah? Would you rather have one laser-guided bomb targeting Hizbollah locations, or have Israeli planes carpet bomb Lebanon using unguided bombs, greatly increasing collateral damage and civilian casualties? Technology on the battlefield saves civilian lives. You really have no good counter-arguement. I'm betting it is because you are on the wrong side of the moral argument regarding this conflict. You can't refute that Hizbollah goes after innocent men, women and children, while Israel is targeting Hizbollah forces only. You make general statements about massacres, but provide no evidence to back them up. Hizbollah are cowards and have NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE and DO NOT WANT PEACE.
  7. "If Israel really targeted Hezbollah,so why bombing the bridges, cities and roads" To cut off the supply lines which Syria and Iran use to transfer weapons, rockets, and supplies to Hezbollah. Not that difficult to figure out. Simple military logic.
  8. We all know that Landis was found to have a higher-than-normal ratio, 11:1, of testosterone in his urine sample after stage 17, the second to last stage of the Tour. - A small amount of synthetic testosterone was found as well, according to the French lab. - He has now been stripped of his title and fired by his cycling team. - Landis maintains his innocence and does not know what caused his high level of testosterone for that one test. - Landis was tested multiple times throughout the Tour de France leading up to Stage 17, and passed every one. He also passed a test administered after he had won the race. It was one test out of 12 or 13 that showed abnormal levels of testosterone. - Testosterone is used as a drug by building it up cumulatively, not taken as a short-term trigger for a tremendous enhancement in performance. - Testosterone has a half-life (amount of time half of it disappears from one's system) of 2-4 hours, and after 5 hours of racing Stage 17, his testosterone was still at an abnormal 11:1 ratio. This means that he would have to have started the race with a rediculous amount (at least double the 11:1 ratio) of testosterone and be ingesting some during the race. So there are the facts and the hypotheticals courtesy of ESPN cycling expert John Eustice. Based on what you now know, do you believe Floyd Landis?

  10. hell yeah why can't there be more websites like this!!!
  11. I love how you assume that Americans are automatons with no ability to do research for themselves. You make so many false generalities about Americans that I just can't help but laugh. Yes, half of America believes every soundbite that the government releases, and the other half believes absolutely nothing that the government says. You've hit it right on the head. No one does any research to develop their own opinions. America is unique in this way.
  12. thanks lozm for the news! this makes my night!!! hell yeah I can't wait for the new TRAVIS album! YEAH!!!!  - just updated the wikipedia page... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travis_%28band%29
  13. He used them against Kurds and Iranians, and mustard gas was detected in battle zones during Gulf War I. He didn't seem to obey the U.N. in any fashion, so what makes you assume he would follow orders to destroy his WMD. A MiG-25 Foxbat fighter jet was found buried by Saddam after the war in 2003, (http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/f/foxbat.htm), so what makes you think that he couldn't hide a series of viles containing smallpox, VX, or Sarin? It's encouraging to discover that half of the country still has its head on straight and does not let the far-left media tell them what is true and what is false.

  16. that's fine bud, and I have made mine - end of discussion.
  17. you forgot to quote the "anyone else who". i've said before that not all muslims are bad people or follow the violent path of islam. but if one does not agree with Wafa Sultan, it is difficult for me not to lump he/she in with the "sympathizers".
  18. look, i have been following world events very closely via world news on tv, internet news, etc. i do not proclaim to be an expert in the Muslim religion. as an observer however, i have seen bombings around the world perpetrated by those who act in the name of Allah. I agree with the woman in the video and there is no use arguing with you Emre, or anyone else who would choose to sympathize with the growing factions of Radical Islam and excuse their actions.
  19. http://www.nytimes.com/2006/03/11/international/middleeast/11sultan.html?ex=1299733200&en=d13886daba5e586f&ei=5090&partner=rssuserland&emc=rss you see, some muslims do not like the fact that she denounces violence in the name of Islam, and they call her an infidel and call for her death. this is what I am talking about. according to some muslims and radical islamists, you can't be allowed to live if you do not follow their rules. disgusting.
  20. I was hoping you would like it coldplaying. now my day is ruined.
  21. thought y'all would like it.
  22. I love the neutrality of the topic title. Wouldn't want to make the title objective by saying something to the effect of, Rate the Israeli Reaction, or Your Opinion on the Israeli Reaction, now would we?
