Space Cadet

That's so sad. :cry: I wonder how a restraining order wouldn't show up in a background check like that. Goes to show how much can really be hiding beneath the surface. I hope the kid is as ok as he can be. That's not pointless- not at all. It's an important reminder about appearances, and how things are never really how they seem. It says something really meaningful about our culture. Statistics- telling someone they spend 3 years of their life getting ready, for instance- things they don't connect to and don't really want to think about. That's going to be annoying. Especially when it's written so condescendingly. But something so human, and so tragic, and so important to remember- that's worth a couple of minutes to read.

I usually read the newspaper or a magazine.

My favorite is still 'And It Rained All Night' ...but I don't think I've heard that extended mix...

Just got back from Wintersleep! Wow! I'm not sure if that was a homecoming, or a coronation. Clearly seemed to be the first really big crowd they had ever played for. It's really fun to see a band have a moment like that. :cool:

Well, I'm 25, so that makes it 6 years. Which makes sense I guess, because I knew most of the 7th graders really well when I graduated, but not 6 and below. Yeah, she's my best friend. She's the one who told me to come here in the first place, actually. We're going to see Wintersleep together tomorrow. :dance: I know she reads the news on the homepage, but I don't think she's been in the forum for a while. She'll probably be back when the new album comes out.

Same city. Mooseheadsfan and Autumnjoy went to the same school too- just two random pairs of friends stumbled across the same board, really.

^eh... dunno. Alot. would have to check old yearbooks. Our moms are friends, that's how I remembered him.

If that ones psychological, then it's more of a mass hallucination than an individual mind quirk...:thinking: ...well, I suppose it depends on which individuals are being referred to...:P
