Track 12 - Coloratura | Music of the Spheres
I made my account here after X&Y because of how much I enjoyed that album (as well as their previous two releases). I honestly have not enjoyed anything since that album. Coloratura immediately took me back to X&Y but added even more progressive elements I had longed for then. Really exciting to hear them write something like this because I feel they always had potential to do something proggy. The elements were even there in Parachutes and Rush.

Now Idolator defends X&Y! Is it finally "cool" to like Coldplay?
It's actually for this that it's my favorite album of theirs. The album from start to finish feels like it had a sweeping amount of time and effort poured into nearly every note -- much like a progressive rock album (though I consider the album too poppy to fall under that label). "What If" and "A Message" are strong points of the album. It's "Swallowed In the Sea" and "Till Kingdom Come" are the two lowest points of the album (but I still never skip over them).

What is the worst "hit" song you have ever heard?
While I want to mention every hit song by Dave Mathews or Green Day, "Holla Back Girl" by Gwen Stefani takes the cake. :X

who's your favorite beatle?
Paul only has five votes?? :o I think John is only beating him because he's dead. John caused to much trouble (while trying to promote peace, lol). George was usually people's least favorite until he passed. Poor Ringo is so underrated.

Favorite Canadian Band...if you have one
Rush and Triumph. All the others stink.

Your favourite song of all time. Well, today anyway...
"A Day In the Life" by the Beatles

Which album is the best album of all time?
Also, only a few of those on my list are my favorite albums. But it wouldn't be logical to put my favorite albums on the list (like the creater of this thread mostly did) because they aren't even close to being the best.

Which album is the best album of all time?
very few of the albums deserve to be on an "all time best album list." An accurate all time list would look something like this: Revolver - Beatles Pet Sounds - Beach Boys Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - Beatles Blonde on Blonde - Bob Dylan Rubber Soul - Beatles Led Zeppelin IV - Led Zeppelin Who's Next - The Who Are You Experienced? - Jimi Hendrix Born to Run - Bruce Springsteen These are the most influential, popular albums ever. Listen to the lyrics in these albums and you Radiohead fanatics will frown at Radiohead. These albums set new standards with their creativity, uniqueness, musical quality. These are the albums that have withstood the test of time. In the years to come, if any newer albums are added to a list like that it will probably be Grace by Jeff Buckley.

Can someone help me please! Ive got an industructable virus!
if you know where it is...go to the folder in command (go to "run" and then type "cmd" and a dos screen will pull up. If you don't know dos commands, do a quick search on yahoo or something and pull up the common commands. When you get to the folder containing the virus (i'm guessing you know the folder its in) type "del wininet.dll" and it will delete know matter what. After you do that, if you are brave, go to run again and type "regedit" . Once you get into regedit go to "edit" and then "find" and find "wininet.dll" and delete the files you find containing it. Keep on clicking "find next" or hitting f5 to find the next file it appears in in the registry. *WARNING* don't use regedit if you don't feel comfortable, you can easily mess your entire system by the stroke of a key.

The Beatles
Revolver and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band are considered by almost everyone as the two greatest rock albums of all time. Listen to the lyrics and music of each album, they will blow you away, guaranteed. You will know why the Beatles are geniusus after listening to these two albums.

Led Zeppelin
Its also Robert Plants best vocal performance, hands down. His power and range are unbeatable in it. Not Geoff Tate, Chris Cornell, Steve Perry couldn't hit notes with that power (although they are technically better than him).
