peter jennings died from lung cancer and he quit 20 years ago...dana reeves, Christopher Reeves's widow was diagnosed with lung cancer and she's not even a smoker! it's very scary.

This kinda goes along with Andrea's thread on 'Autographs'- Has anyone met any famous (or semi-famous) people and/or public figures? My list: Comedians Lewis Black and Mitch Hedberg (who tragically passed away early this year :cry: ) Mike Reiss, The Simpsons Producer Louis Freeh, Former FBI Director Candace Bushnell, Author of 'Sex and the City' Rapper Fabolous (although i must confess i did not know who he was, even after my co-workers told me-I'm so uncool!) And my favorite: the one and only Maya Angelou....she was so inspiring and lovely! Inside story: Some people i know worked backstage at a Ludacris's concert and some of his requests were a bucket of fried chicken and a big box of condoms! he didn't even eat the chicken but i'm sure he used the condoms later that night! :lol: :lol: :lol:

i won a gift certificate from Sephora by answering who i predicted would win the academy awards....i was happy about that..i like makeup :D My cousin won a cruise trip...those things are quite pricey! So lucky.

it's a great show...very diverse cast...i was however disappointed at the season finale. Too many questions and not enough answers! Ian, when did the pilot come on in scotland?
