my SATs weren't that great but i got into a great state university..although my grades were pretty good-that probably helped. check out colleges that have rolling admission-most state universities have that...send your application right away because your chances of getting in are higher. if you are not to sure what to major in, i wouldn't go to a private college b/c state universities offer more majors and programs.
