The Oracle replies: The song was originally written, performed and released in 1987 by Echo & The Bunnymen; Coldplay covered it back in 2002/3.

Dear Oracle, After seeing the guys up in Wembley in September, I cannot wait to see them again, perhaps in the Exeter area where Chis was born and where I live.
