I listen to UTIS nearly every day front to start, and it never gets boring to me. Not many albums do this, and frankly I feel like every track is a strong one that could really (and does) stand on it's own. Hopes&Fears was indeed brilliant, but...... Well, some of the tracks i do still skip over. I haven't listened to it in awhile! :\

I was watching CourtTV the other day (I freely admit an unintended addiction to Forensic Files) and a commercial regarding the "truth" of 9/11 and "government lies" came up. Apparently this show is on this Monday at 10. "Premiering", so perhaps not a one off event, but a weekly analysis? I'm not sure, but I'm definately going to be tuning in! I honestly believe that the public is growing more and more aware that September was MORE than a terrorist attack on this country... indeed, might not have been. Now I know what I believe (and that's represented in these 15 pages ;) ), but I do notice that shows regarding 9/11 have changed from just a basic survival in the worst possible situation, to "Look what they did wrong...". Including some bullshit made for TV movie that'll be on ABC September 10th (that I will not be watching. Now a movie like THAT really is making money off death. Made for TV movies are fucking bullshit). So.... yeah.

Aw, poor Tom! Ah, it happens to everyone. I couldn't handle one WEEK of touring, let alone a year!! (Now get better for that show where I've got front row seats!!! ;) haha)

Whew, I totally missed this comment! Sorry! Well, I use a Kodak Easyshare V550 camera. Just some basic digital one. The only way that I find I can get a decent shot is if I go into the "scene" mode and choose "action" and keep the flash on. Basically even if someone's moving in the slightest it has a VERY fast shutter and will capture it with little to no blur. Flash is a pain in the ass. I'm trying to figure out how to get the action mode to work without filtering the colors out so much like it does without flash... asshole camera! :veryangry: :laugh3: Thank you so much for the compliments though :nice: I'm buying a pro account and I'll be uploading all my Dirty Pretty Things pictures soon! I really doubt Pete would show up... :\ From what I've heard, Pete and Carl hadn't even listened to each other's "solo" albums (rumored that they gave them a listen when they met in the pub this summer). Dunno, but hey, maybe. That would be freakin' AMAZING. I think their relationship is still a bit rocky (as it's owt to be), so that might be too big of an exposure. I hope they've been talking to/seeing each other more though (obviously it's not reported, but I hope that's not an excuse...), since Pete is back with Kate and the lot... Hm. Interesting. Since Bono only talks for about 5 minutes in total during gigs (at the begining of One, maybe a little before Original Of the Species, but never so much that lasts more than 6 minutes). I'm not lying about that (why would I?), I have the DVDs and at least 10 bootlegs from the Vertigo tour (including shows that I attended). I guess I think it's sort of selfish of people to want an artist to shut the fuck up and play music for them. The man's not talking about his personal problems, he's not talking about what he ate for dinner. He's talking about things you should actually GIVE a shit about, if you weren't so "omgz why isn't he playing the only song I knooooow?". And honestly, it's not BONO charging you your 100 bucks to sit in the shit seats. Do you realize how much money they have to pay people in order to just play ONE night at ONE venue? They have to pay every last person something. Compare that to the Rolling Stones (I paid 170 dollars a TICKET to sit in the LAST row, and that was not scalped) and I think U2 has done very well to make a gig do-able for fans (excuse me and I paid 70 dollars for aweful seats for Coldplay too, so...). Hm, whatever, to each their own. But I guess Bono is one big hypocrit. The man's totally not credible. No one should talk about poverty and AIDS unless they either: a) Live in a shanty town. b) Are African. c) Are on CSPAN. d) Aren't doing it on MY time. Hm. Let's all become mindlessly complacent together :)

Oh, really? I don't know, I only read a short interview right after it happened. I'm sure it was just some mistake, poor guy... he can't get any luck.
