i so wish i was able to go tomorrow...i dont have a way and the ticket wouldnt get me in, and even if i got oxfam i still dont have a way there. radiator fan broke...managed to nurse it home without further damage to the engine.

ugh...just home home...and depressed. didn't even make it halfway to the forum and my car overheated. *crys*...this is terrible. its on right now and im not there...tried everything and couldnt make it...

Usually its about an hour after what the ticket says. We have two supports though, Shearwater and Jon Hopkins, so it might be a little after 8:30.

Wow...today already! I'm so excited!!!! I leave in 6 hours, about a 2 hour drive. Should get there about an hour before doors open. YAY!!!!!

Very exciting...I'll be leaving in 24 hours. I was going through my directions and noticed the Forum is on Manchester Ave...also called CA-42...how cool and ironic is that? Also been listening to Shearwater, should be good opening. Most looking forward to Jon Hopkins though, I really enjoy his work.

I'll only have my blackberry for pictures and maybe some video. Mainly going to enjoy the show rather than distract myself trying to get a good shot. Never been to the Inglewood area...but I hear its not so friendly. So get in and get out, and keep your doors locked at all times.

Saw them in Anaheim in 06 solo, and seeing them at the Forum on the 14th solo too. Can only afford one ticket, and lots of the good pair tickets were taken so I got a single in a decent spot. Lots of fun, I don't have to worry about keeping track of a friend or arguing over anything. It's all about me and the thousands of other die hard Coldplay fans in the building.

It's on right now for the west coast, just saw where Chris caught the panties...the look on his face is priceless!

When I went in to their concert in Anaheim in 06 we had to take everything out of our pockets, hold it in our hands as they waved a wand over us. I had a small digital camera and they had no problem with it. I plan to do the same at the Forum in a few weeks, just walk right in with it. I think they are more concerned about cameras that can record video and/or audio.

How is security at the forum? In Anaheim I was able to get in with a digital camera no problem. Also, any way to get around the $20 parking? I love the new dates, we get their first "huge" concert of the new tour

I tried for 2 tickets but got only crap seats. I managed to find a single ticket in loge 9 row v, saw them at about the same position in anaheim in 06 hopefully this is just as close. After shipping and convinience charge it came to $121...kind of up there out of my comfort zone but its coldplay and if this show is anything like their last tour then it will definatly be worth it.

Been trying all day to get tickets, never had any show up. Really really upsets me to see two tickets going for $450 on ebay right now...actually it makes me very angry...very very VERY ANGRY!!!!

I agree, riding high then falling low. The religious references might be part of trying to cope with failing, many people will turn to religion when things go bad. But as Chris said with Violet Hill, it could mean whatever you want it to mean.

MSG is going very slow in progress, I'm going to sign up for brixton to help things along as it looks more promissing.

I hear it, thought it might just be the synths fading away but it does sound like it could be something to bridge the two tracks and lead into Cemetaries.
