  1. 1. Viva La Vida 2. Everyday Life 3. Ghost Stories
  2. Let Somebody Go really is the Neon Moon snippet Chris performed on that weird app, just like I predicted!
  3. I don't think the band would edit the albums like that to be honest. X&Y at best, and it would still be minor things.
  4. It doesn't feel like a dark album, it feels poorly mastered ?
  5. By the way, that reminds me of how grateful we should be. Some artists only release an album as an excuse to tour, but Coldplay take their time to carefully and lovingly put an entire era/concept together for us.
  6. I don't think Parlophone would mind People of the Pride being a single. They didn't minded the entire Everyday Life album lol. Coldplay at this point of their career makes much more money from touring.
  7. Taylor is re-recording her material to have creative ownership over it though, it's a very specific situation. I would love if Coldplay did so for AROBTTH and X&Y respective anniversaries though.
  8. I saw the thread but I'm too lazy to look for those things on my own to be honest.
  9. It's always fun to see how music changes with each perspective, for me AROBTTH's production is one of their worst. I love the songs but the overall sound of the studio recording makes me feel strange, unlike Parachutes which is all warm and cozy.
  10. I enjoyed this acoustic version more than the Higher Power one to be honest. The remix was solid too.
  11. It's a pop song to dance to, taking it seriously is the exact thing you shouldn't do ?
  12. and that era only happened because... they changed their sound!
  13. hopefully people of the pride will randomly go viral before that can happen ? love selena though, the guitar in the ending of this song reminds me of parachutes, if coldplay ever do reggaeton i hope it's a track like this one
  14. it should though, i said it before and i'll say it again: they need to capitalize on the current pop rock trend
  15. hot take but a Max Martin X Brian Eno produced album would easily become their best
  16. I would love if the song randomly went viral, it's perfect for capitalizing on the current pop rock trend (Good For You, Happier Than Ever, etc.)
  17. Coldplay are at a very tricky point of their career where the fans want to hear deep cuts and casual concert goers want to get the hits. We should make the idea of a surprise song for each night arrive on their heads, that way they can cover a lot of the discography by the time the tour is over.
  18. So far this is my ranking: 1. Coloratura 2. People of the Pride 3. Human Heart 4. Higher Power / My Universe
  19. As far as I know most labels stopped doing that, stylistic choice maybe? One can only wonder.
  20. I wonder how much they already sold with pre-orders, hopefully a good amount.
  21. The live version is decent, I'll give you that and we bury this matter here ?
