Had to change it a bit, Humankind is actually very good.

Exactly! Most of the album sounds like electronic music and not a band. Coloratura is what Coldplay can or should evolve to, it's what they do best as a BAND. I feel like this song and the concept is what they want to do, but then the desire to stay relevant took over. But I hope the rest of the album grows on me. Some songs are better than others, but still they don't sound anywhere near a Coldplay classic for me.

I feel that the concept really suits Coloratura and MOTS is a cool "opener". Would have loved more space rock in there.

And I mean that Coloratura is a 9-10 and the rest maybe 7 at best (right now) I liked POTP and infinity sign was quite relaxing.

Oh that's A LOT of 10's, hope the album will grow on me. So far for me Coloratura is the only one higher than maybe 6 or 7. I don't like collabs, when I listen to Coldplay I sant to hear only Chris.

I think Coloratura will remain my favorite from the album, how could anything top it? Unless they have written a new Yellow or Fix You or something like that.

I miss the days when Coldplay singles were their best songs, other than that I do feel hyped ?

Glad they reached #1. For me this is probably one of those songs I won't return to after this album I'm afraid. The video is quite nice though.

Boring, repetitive and just awful. Sorry to say, but don't think I will listen to it ever again. C'mon is this that band that released single like Yellow, The Scientist and Fix You back in the day? + It will probably make them richer. And thank god for Coloratura Sorry for The slaughter.

But what does an Ink vs Everglow war has anything to do with LP9?

I don't understand what any of this has to do with LP9. And first of all the most important thing is that all their videos get views = more money to the band? Second why is it a bad thing if Everglow get views? I don't get it...

Haven't seen a review with less than 3 stars for the song yet, most of them give it a 4/5. Even on RYM it has 3,8 from 500+ reviews and a lot of haters on there. It's unusual for me to see a Coldplay song get these good reviews and scores nowadays.

I see that J has been rehearsing the Us Against The World riff. I wonder if it's just for fun or inclusion in future setlists. Have they been reworking it perhaps?
