N with an accent?? mm strange... In my keyboard I have this ñÑ which some of you probably don't 'cause in English you don't use this letter... it sounds 'enie' or something. It's what makes the Spanish Language so exclusive, it's our pride :D And earlier I said 'que te recontra' which is like telling you Weedy 'yeah, the same to you' in a common, kinda vulgar way... We use that expression when we don't have a clue on what the other person has just said, so we reply 'que te recontra' just in case it was something ugly or rude :)

Liam: Chris Martin's a knobhead
uuuuuh! PAF! Anyway, I think Liam might be right in part because Chris in a way changed the course of the cause by speaking of a totally different one... That might be annoying. But on the other hand, he shouldn't have been so rude (well asking politness to Liam is like a waste of time, I know...), everyone has the right to speak whatever they want whenever they feel like doing it. I think it's a good thing that artists involve themselves in the causes they believe in, either by speaking, by creating, by making and being art. I remember a verse on a poem by Spanish writer Gabriel Celaya 'I damn the poetry of those who don't take part, part until getting dirty'. I really agree on those words.

I love them. I just love them. They are such great musicians, all four of them. And Scott Weiland might a doped pig, but he is just brilliant (besides he looks awesome :D ) My favourite record is 'Tiny Music... Songs From The Vatican Gift Shop' (it was hard to type such a long name, but I think I did O.K.), but anyway, each of their records have something special... I GOT YOU!! what an amazing song! I love also some covers they did... the unforgettable Beatles' Revolution, The Doors' Break On Through, Zeppelin's Dancing Days and even Girl From Ipanema by Joao Gilberto...

yes, I went actually to that particular show, the first one, the one which Madres de Plaza de Mayo attended. It was so moving... That song is written to the mothers of the dissappeared, the mothers of people taken away by the government (dictatorships of course) for political issues... well, in Argentina, there were like 30000 of those in the period 1976-1983, which the dictatorship of that time called 'dissappeared'... and Bono & co. invited some of those mothers who lost their sons to the show... it was quite a touching moment... I remember seeing Bono on TV talking to one of those mothers and being surprised by her statement: 'we were born by our children' which is sadly true... they got together and built an organisation, Madres de Plaza de Mayo, to fight for justice, to remember... and U2 paid tribute to them in that show.- Official Red Hot Chili Peppers thread
YEAAAAH!! they are excellent, I saw them three times, and I love them. Last year, they were the only band who had enough guts to come to my country when things were really difficult politically and economically and I will always be grateful for that... :) But I think that after AAAAAAAALLL these years, they still don't know how to end a show... they just leave you there waiting for more... but they are actually gone... they don't even say goodbye... but I don't care, I love them anyway *hearts flowing all around the room and my eyes like this: x_x* where I go I just don't know, I got to gotta gotta take it slow... when I find my peace of mind, I'm gonna give you some of my good times... (-_-)Y- Diet Coke OFF

how old are you? Hey, do you speak Spanish? I'm 21. And yes, I speak Spanish, sí hablo en español y tengo Ñ :-D When Wonderwall came out I was 13... I was soo young...- MMMMMM is it me? OR is Sam Roberts yummy?
well, looking for him in the google I found a lot of Sam Roberts... is this the one we are talking about? if he is, he is cute ;)- MMMMMM is it me? OR is Sam Roberts yummy?
AAH!! who is Sam Roberts??!!- behind the lyrics
I think the scientist is the one that's been touching me lately because of the moment I'm going through right now... I've been needing to go back to the start... The other day I was sad and was going down a silent road and suddenly, from a parking place where there was a radio on, appeared, like from out of nowhere, the sweet voice singing '...nobody said it was easy...'. It spoke to me, it was just what I needed to hear at that moment I was blue, it brought tears to my eyes. It was absolutely magical. yes! I want to play that tune with my bass! It also has a phrase that just kills me 'my heart is yours, it's you that I hold on to... that's what I do...' I guess anyone who is in love could relate to that. That song always makes me cry  And last but not least, YELLOW and its... well I don't have words to express it... you know what I mean ;) . Just that. magic magic magic!- First Oasis Cd
and after aaaaaaaaaaall... you are my wonderwaaaaaaaall... oh that brings warm feelings to my heart. good memories and all that stuff... looking back... oh I was so young...- WHAT DOES B-SIDE STAND FOR?
I agree on that Ginger. Many band's best songs usually come up as B-sides... :-o Now singles are better I think because they come with two or three songs... to buy the record for just one plus song like in the old days of black disks must have felt like a fraud!- George Bush- your views
Of course it won't be another Vietnam, Amanda. Vietnam was more even... Statistics are cold but they can show quite a thing. And if things get uglier, this could be a genocide. US Army is TOO powerful. Just think for a minute why they are using human shields... It's the world main countries against people whose leader Hussein wasn't even kind enough to put them in a war to fight for him with proper equipment to resist. That's nobody's land now.- George Bush- your views
Replying and quoting drowned in deep feelings of apathy and impotence about this war... I agree on that violence seems to be the only way sometimes. But that makes me think also that if iraqui people are really so angry with Saddam, why don't they free themselves? It would take lives, it would be hell, but at last I'm sure they'd get with their purpose. Think of a revolution. Everything seemed to be untouchable, but then... a revolution appeared (many examples, Industrial, Bolshevik, and so on). And in case THEY decide to get rid of him, I think intervention of the International Community would be the right thing to do. What I've just written it's TOO questionable and too fragile because it's a dictatorship and you never know... a revolution could be suffocated just like that and perhaps we, on the other side of the world, would never even hear of it. But, anyway, I'm sorry but I just don't support the idea of having a country, or a coallition of countries with the authority to decide who needs what or to embrace themselves as the freers of the world. And perhaps you should read more about the origins of that Hitler you name. Perhaps go to World War I and see how the 'good side' left Germany after it. In World War II YOU saved the world from a monster YOU, in part, created, and at a beginning, supported. I advise: read impartial information. I'm sorry for sounding like a reseintfull pig, but I can't help to be subjective here. It's like when you see your soldiers being taken but iraqui troops. I'm sure your heart shrugs, and perhaps many of you who were against Bush, changed your minds. Well, in my case, I can't help to doubt. I'm worried about the people, the citizens in Irak, the troops from both sides sent to fight a war, sent to kill each other, when, after all, they are all the same, they are equals. I'm worried about the remote chance of them being used by two old men (or more: three with Blair, four with Aznar...) who just can't get enough power. And I doubt because as much as I condemn the dictator Hussein, I mistrust Bush. Perhaps and hopefully I'm wrong, but I at least say 'WAIT, let's see, let's find the reasons of his goodness, let's follow his behaviour'. You live under the U.S.A. Government, and I'm sure, in general, you live the 'American' dream. We people in the Third World sometimes suffer it. That's why I'm so critic. I learnt from experience to mistrust when some values as democracy, freedom or progress are so nicely packaged. I just have to. I'm sorry for being so distrustful, but that's the side of the story that's been written for me... - U2
