For me it takes a bit of time to call something 'classic'. Yeah, I'd say Yellow has classic lyrics. But I wouldn't say AofL does, partially because there simply wasn't enough time in between. What i'm getting at is if Yellow were released last Friday instead of AofL, I would be hearing about how its lyrics are 'cheesy' instead of them being classic. For the record, I don't have a have issue with either set of lyrics.

Probably just a mistake. AMA wants to hype up their event afterall.

@CfK, yeah, i'm with you. I brought it up when ppl were complaining about the tease for this era. With MX they kinda showed too much. With this one, they're saying there's no news. Personally, I prefer a more methodical and slow tease. In hindsight, with MX, I would've perhaps played 2 or 3 new ones and left the rest for album release. Sure! Whatever its called!

I guess you could say they really messed up the MX era by playing so many festivals that we knew the songs already. Everything except the interlude songs....

Band (including J, W, G) are probably in LA since Chris is there for sure (for radio/press), and they have the show on Friday. I think they'd be there rehearsing. Just my guess. But don't let that stop you from going. I'd go even if I knew for sure the band weren't there. Just for the novelty of knowing your favourite band work in that area! Kinda like Coldplayer's own Abbey Road.

Friday the 13th if anyone is keeping score. Was there an event before this, or am I mixing it up with the December one?

Someone brought it up before, this is the perfect era to wait. Usually, we wait months for the album to come out. But with this one, its less than a month away. If you are going to do it, this is the one to do it with.
