That was an AMAZING show last night... I was in a situation like you, CPRulesTheWorld! Online I picked out (what I thought were) front row seats, and we got there and they gave us row 13! I was so excited to be RIGHT THERE next to the stage... oh well. You're lucky, what an awesome lady you met! :lol: I'm happy I actually got to hit a balloon and be under the butterflies this time though. God, I do not know how they performed like that with how freakin hot it was (I was so glad to be back in the Bay Area weather afterwards, let me tell you...). Chris looked like he was losing it at the very end of 42, his eyes were bugging out like crazy :lol: They are real troupers.

This video is gonna be fuckin amazing! I can't wait ('til the morning... :P )

GOOD LORD! These pics are killing me. :lol: Well... sadly, what I thought were front row tickets to the show (the ones we picked out and bought on the seating chart online) ended up being exchanged for 13th row tickets right before we entered the amphitheatre. Don't ask me why... alas, my pics won't be phenomenal :P but I'll still share them if I have some good ones. Chris was fantastic at the gig - as were Jonny, Will, and Guy!!! it was literally 100 degrees outside that day -- AWFUL. But anyway! It was amazing, and now I'm having to complete a history essay when all I can think about is last night! :lol: Thank you all for posting these pics, it's helping with my post-concert depression, haha.

WOW... I haven't been here in a looooong time... Anyway, this is getting me so excited for tomorrow! Hopefully I'll have some good Chris pics to post.

Wonderful pics and videos... definitely saving some of these. That concert seems like it was months ago. I can't believe it's only been a week... and I keep thinking they're going to be coming back here next year, like how they spoiled us Americans last time with their Talk Tour. Just a couple of minutes before The Wave started, I joked to my older sister about enthusiastically starting one. "Oh yeah right. I will stand up and dance like a hippie... I will sit here and sing songs like we are now... and I will scream to Coldplay. BUT THE WAVE IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE." Then, The Wave came. "Oh my God, what have you done?! WHAT THE HELL?!" :laugh3: Anyway! What an experience. I so wanted to stand up and dance the whole time but most of my damn section (213, we were in row 10, seats 6-9) was sitting down on just about every song except for the huge hits... and I always feel bad about blocking people's view. :rolleyes: But man. Singing along to VLV was awesome, though. I nearly lost! my voice that night. It was great. The ONLY thing is that Yellow was the only Parachutes song. Gah. And maybe if I hadn't been so greedy going in for tickets we could've gotten better seats! Now I just keep looking at the tour program and wanting to relive it. Come back, Coldplay... come baaack.

Still haven't listened. I want to check my MySpace for messages, but Coldplay's right there in my Top 8. Like waving a beer in front of a recovering alcoholic's face, I tell you.

Thanks. :) I never expect anything to be perfect just for that reason. I've already read about the "3/5" reviews and all. But on the other hand, I can't deny my excitement for new music (and the hype over Will), either. I'll listen to it and take it as it is.

I'm waiting... I want to have the CD in my hands. What I'm listening to seems more real, like I know I own it and it isn't going anywhere. :P ...Everybody's talking about Will's fantastic drumming and I want to hear it so bad. AHHHHH!!

Oh wow. You're kidding... I read awhile ago about Guy's situation, but it was just a little comment on some other site and I thought it was some wacky thing to get people to look at their pictures. :( That's really too bad.
