i didn't expect a lot from this album, because the previous Muse albums disappointed me, but i do believe that bands can change and especially they can progress. even if i still don't like Muse, i will listen ti their 5th album because i'm sure many people will call it brilliant. and why shouldn't i listen to an album which is maybe fantastic according to some people? i listen to music and rate it, nothing's wrong with that. well seriously...i did not expect that Muse fans will give that big fuck to my reivew ;) i'm already famous :dance: :charming:

well i can't say how do Radiohead fans act in the real life because i don't have any friends who listen to Radiohead. and just simply because most of people here (teenagers like me) don't even know who Radiohead are. that's shame there is no another way to argue via internet. if you want to go into a debate you won't see the real faces and won't know the real names. and noboby will meet you in the real life only because you would like to discuss something about a band. but still after your post, "watchers" who have no idea who are the REAL FANS will think that every Radiohead fan is prick. at least i could pick out only this meaning. of course you said only "SOME", but still the whole thing sounds more like "most of them are pricks". however, your points to the fact that GENERALLY Radiohead fans are pricks (my opinion, and i won't change it). but i appreciate your opinion which you could prove in some ways. unlike the other Muse fans here and what is the big difference between prick and wanker? slagging off is slagging off...

ah ok then, you should get that stuff because it's awesome hahaha but really. for example the new songs are really interesting. i can already see that Radiohead chose a new direction, but still it's not bad at all...no...i'd say the new stuff sounds very promising, of course it needs some re-working on it, because some songs sound like unfinished something. though some of them already sound as finished (for example Nude is already recorded, at least i heard something like that) songs. anyway i'm off so later Rick

just found this during re-reading and extremely wanted to quote it you call fans pricks because of those "coldplay fans are gay" comments??? read this then... i hate when people prejudice someone. this happened exactly here in this thread. most of Radiohead fans don't call Coldplay fans gay, those exceptions are little accidents. when it comes to a discussion about Coldplay vs. Radiohead most of people's comments are: "Radiohead and Coldplay are like apples and oranges. different and not worth to compare them. Radiohead are much better" "I'm sick of these Coldplay threads..." "Radiohead is coffee, Coldplay is tea" "I like both, but comparing them is ridiculous" if you still call the biggest part of RH fans wankers, then i don't stand you. most of RH fans are intelligent people and even if they don't like Coldplay they explain it without any slagging offs. of course you can find some angry fans who will call you gay and will send you back to your "fucking coldplay.com" but as i said those fans are only rare occasions and prejudicing Radiohead fans generally only because of those 2-3 people is childish because those 2-3 fans can be Coldplay fans as well who come to Radiohead boards very very often... why do you think the RH fans are fed up with CP fans? because one of CP fans always comes to a RH board and creates threads like "Coldplay kick Radiohead's arses!!!!!!!!!". the aim is clear...to piss off someone. so don't think that ONLY Radiohead fans can be wankers, please ;)

great post Danielle. as i said many times...i reviewed Muse's album, because i listened to it. i did nothing wrong. even if some fans find Muse's music similar to Radiohead's it doesn't mean that someone should call them wankers. i shared my opinion and i'd be very glad to discuss and argue it. face to face arguments would be very interesting. for example Ren's points were great and i alreadt started to believe that Muse have their own style. thanks to Ren's posts i d/loaded that leak once again and gave a try to the album, after my 2nd listening to it i liked it more, but still it didn't sound like something legendary good. Nigel obviously didn't want to argue and was fed up with my review so he called us members at atease, MT arrogant wankers...and i thought i could argue about Muse, but no some people overreact everything what is related with their bands...unfortunately. if i knew it would turn in this way, i'd better keep my review and never share it. though i still don't think i made something terrible
