Mai, (and Reilly, take a read and you will better understand my character) This is reasonable..the wanting to live alone. I have gone to movies with friends, and I have (most recently) gone to movies alone. Alone, I enjoy a movie ten times better. I get to pick it, I pick the seat, I pick when and where. And If I don't like the film, I can just leave all of these things are an amazing relief. Other things are enjoyed by me in that same state. I mean I have friends, we go out...but I love the freedom of making my entertainment purely my own! I suppose it's growing up with numerous siblings and family members and friends always around! This becomes annoying after many years of exposure. I have gotten tired of always having to do and go out when it is most convenient for anyone else. If I have to be spending MY money and MY time...I should at least make it worthwhile. Call me greedy and self-centered. Go ahead. I suppose I would kick out the "flat" mate the first day with thoughts like these.

my favorite version of 'Say Yes' is live i believe ... and before he sings into the mic...he clears his throat. I love that because it's got more of a living feeling to it. Makes your mind accept that he once was a living breathing-needs-to-clear-his-throat type of man.

okay..so i sorted though the bull of your post. I have no intentions of making myself "look" mysterious of cool in the eyes of unknown strangers at cp...k? I undertand the way you think living alone makes you anti social and all...very natural-like BUT i will work a large chunk of the time and school another chunk of the time I am alive. Right? Yes. And I will have time for entertainment. And I will have friends. That does not change if I live alone. I mean, it's like now. I don't LIVE with my friends while I live here with my parents...but we do go out and entertain ourselves. How is that different once I move out? They will still exist. We just go to sleep in different locations.

:laugh2: I am living with my parents until I start school. Meanwhile, I already have had for some months now a flat/apartment in the city I will be schooling at. I go there to spend odd days from time to time until it becomes more permanent. and I LOVE the feeling of living alone :D I have got to say that this Crystal is too fond of "flatting" (or "rooming"/"boarding") with anyone :confused: I am a total loner. BUT I think if the cash flow is not consistent, I might have to get a mate to board with me in the extra bedroom :wacky: Is this recommendable for a loner?! (advise please)
