Soundcheck time?
They did a soundcheck before the White River show in August 2005. I heard they played Rush of Blood and Sparks to name a few...and because they played Rush of Blood so well in soundcheck, that's when they decided to include it in the set for the first time since 2003. And it stayed in the set the rest of the 1st leg I believe. Pretty neat. I wish they would have played Sparks too...Its my quest to see them perform it sometime in my life.

Describe your sense of humour....
I'm sarcastic when I want to be, and serious when I have to be. I pretty much find everything funny, even if it isn't funny or would be wrong to laugh at. But at the same time, as I make fun of something or someone, I know the limits. Much of my humor comes on the fly, smart ass one liners, creative stories and such.

Good things you have done
I did a bunch of community service back in high school, I organized and ran an easter egg hunt for little kids at a local park, and I sometimes give money to homeless people around Seattle. Our family also donates old clothes/toys/books to the goodwill. I could do much more though.

official Jimi thread
Been listening to him a lot over the past month. I'm still amazed he never learned how to read music or write music, yet made the guitar his bitch...all while playing lefty on a righty guitar. What's your favorite song by Mr. Hendrix?

Help me achieve my goal
Did you get your "camera down the pants" idea from me? haha, I talked about that so much, I'm not surprised people are using that method more often. It's only the BEST way to get a camera in...because unless they grab your crotch (which would be rather extreme), they'll never notice. Unless you're seeing Coldplay in jail, metal detectors won't be there.

Jan. 25 Seattle Show Review(s)
I think the White River show was better. Like you, White River was my first Coldplay show ever (my first concert ever as well), so both firsts made it stand out so much. I just think there's way more energy in an outdoor venue when people feel less constricted to move around and sing. They sound better outdoors as well...and it helped that White River's audio was top notch. I've heard they might have to close down White River though, my friend said they've been having a lot of people get busted for alcohol and drugs by the police lately.

Seattle videos (updated Feb 13th, final video added)
Well...I may have some bad news folks. I tried to put Square One (84 MB) on Rapid Share and it said the wait time for a link was 45 minutes on a T1 connection!!! :stunned: So I'm not sure what to do now...I want everybody to have the videos who wants them, but I don't really have the time to wait 45 minutes per video. Anybody know of a quicker way to upload them without having to split the videos up into 2 or 3 parts? Any help would be great
