Listening to Superunknown by Soundgarden now. Surprisingly it makes good essay writing music. haha

yea, trust it may take time but Superunknown will sooner or later blow your mind. Yea it's the one with Black Hole Sun. Sorry to say guys, but Soundgarden are wayyyy better than AUdioslave in my opinion. I think Chris's voice is better when matched with the psychedelic, yet murky sound of Soundgarden.

ohhhhhhh dear, if you're going to get into Soundgarden, buy the cd Superunknown by them. One of the very best cds of 90s.

I gotta say I'm digging the song he did for Casino Royale, I'm looking forward to the movie, except I dunno, I really have something against the screenwrited Paul Haggis, I think Daniel Craig will be awesome.

I'm in second year too. haha thanks. This post is going to ruin it. But right before I post this. This thread will have had 111 posts and 777 views! But yea, the way I see it, things can only get better from here. I mean I think at this age, the quarter-life crisis time, you go through a massive amount of anxiety now that like u realize ur an adult, and I dunno, eventually you get into the swing of things and you figure out where you wanna go. That's just what I think. I might be generalizing, if so, I apologize in advance haha.

I'm majoring in film theory and stuff like that. Don't really know what I wanna do at all though. I'm one of those uni students. What about you? Yea.......Nirvana are great, but you can only take so much of them.

If there is one band from Canada that everyone has heard of at some point in their lives here, it's gotta be The Tragically Hip. I have four of their cds too. They are really good. They kinda are like the Canadian version of Pearl Jam I think. Like they just pump out albums whenever the feel like it, not even caring if they'll be succesful or not, and they tour like crazy, and their shows are always sold out. I hope to see them someday.

Yea, Lost Dogs is where I got started. I heard Hard To Imagine and I was like... "hmmmm, I wonder where to go to next with these guys?" It's so funny thinkin back on me in high school though. Because I used to be a big Nirvana fan, I'd be like "Pearl Jam? Who the hell are they? They probably suck!" Now here I am in uni, and it's the other way around.

Yea, I started off with new stuff. LIke the first cd of theirs I purchased was because I was bored and needed some risk in my life. haha. I bought Lost Dogs, and got hooked. So like, I started out with the B-sides, and then moved into the new stuff, and then back to the old stuff. It's a really odd way to start, I know.

Yea, I missed out on the Jeff challenge because of Uni stuff. So yea, you won that won! And yes, that picture with the Soundgarden shirt has great sentimental value for me! haha
