Nah, I have not. Damnit, the 2nd season isn't out on DVD, I've been trying to look around for it. Was the Twin Peaks movie good in ur opinion? I heard it was too imcomprehensible or something along those lines.
  3. This was a really good show, very addictive. David Lynch is one of my favorite directors, and so, walking around in a movie store, found myself buying the first season on DVD. After the first two episodes I was hooked. It's a very entertaining and challengingly complex look at small-town American life, and the subtle, but omni-present eeriness that is just lurking in the corner of your eye. It draws on all of the themes Lynch brought up in his movie career, and I really think it works well in the TV show format. No wonder it got audiences hooked back in 1990, and even today with me. It's a timeless, and somewhat challenging show (with David Lynch, what isn't?). It's a real breath of fresh air for TV, too bad that the network forced creative limitations on Lynch during the second season though, who knows where the show would've gone. It's hilarious watching that one bit on the Simpsons' episode when Chief Wiggim has that dream where Lisa keeps repeating "burns's SUIT! BURNS'S SUIT!!"Right from the show. Any other fans?
  4. Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Harvey Keitel, and George Clooney
  5. Mine would probably by Mean Streets.
  6. Matchpoint 8/10 Scarlett Johanson is really hot.
  7. The lead guitarist from Sleater-Kinney is fuckin awesome. She solos like no one else.
  8. Warning is the best album!
  9. Come on everyone, show ur love for the old Saturday morning cartoon. This show is so awesome, and watching it now brings me back to the old glory days. Favorite villain ever? I'd have to say Mr. Freeze, or Two-Face.
  10. yea, that part was really creepy, and considering such a wash-up George was in the movie, I actually thought that the guy was gonna cut is head off! I was like "oh jesus, is George gonna die?"
  11. Yea, especially when they blow up the convoy. And the Prince is like "You're the Canadian." To George Clooney, and all of a sudden KABLAM! Scared me. haha BTW George Clooney should win for his performance.
  12. For me.... "1983... A Merman I Should Turn To Be" or whatever it's called.
  13. oh shit! I forgot about Pinkerton! I 2nd that notion. To Headless Chick: I'm the biggest Pearl Jam fan I know. haha. Ten is awesome, but I'd have to go with Vitalogy as my favorite PJ album.
  14. White Noise Phase 4 Solid Ground
  15. "Does your dog bite?" "No." ---------- "I thought you said your dog doesn't bite!!" "That's not my dog."
  16. I respect these guys big time, after all, they made the song If I Had $1000000. Not sure what their plans are for a new album. They are pretty awesome.
  17. The Matador - 3.5 stars (7/10)
  18. I'm with silverion on this one. Who gives a shit? Does anyone here actually have a reason for hating Britney? And lets face it, with revolutionizing popular music, we have to admit she is very successful at making an impact, regardless if it's a bad impact. Very respectable bands have attempted revolutionizing pop music and have failed miserably. For example: U2 - POP (that's right, I said it)
  19. YES! Aenima. I used to be the biggest Tool fan back in the day. That album should definitely be on the poll.
  20. hehe, thanks I guess! You looked great in that picture of you a few pages back too.
  21. I usually get a lot of people telling me I look like Brendan Frasier, or "Anakin Skywalker in Episode III".
  22. haha indeed. I reiterate my statement I made before about the VERTIGO TOUR. City Of Blinding Lights blew me away. And as I side note, I'd have to say Running To Stand Still is my fave song from them.
