  1. New favourite song! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK9GdhsYdrM]YouTube- Cliff & Rexonah-Das ganz große Glück (im Zug nach Osnabrück)[/ame] Don't know what I like more... the outfits, the choreography, the lyrics or just the keyboarder! :wacky: :D
  2. ¡Felicitaciones España! :) They truly deserved it although personally I didn't like the way they play (boring but successful) and some of their players are crybabies IMO. Oh and I'm not saying this because Germany lost against Spain. :) It would have been funny if the ball from the Dutch player had passed the line although he only wanted to shoot back to the keeper because of an injury. :D I'm a bit sad for the Netherlands though. I kept my fingers crossed for them, but Spain was the better team. The amount of yellow cards doesn't surprise me really because if you want to beat Spain you will need to be more aggressive. De Jong's foul must have been a red card though. Anyway, it was a nice tournament with only one unbeaten team (New Zealand!!!) an a Thomas Müller being the best topscorer with 5 goals and 3 assists. :nice: Now I'm looking forward to the next Bundesliga season... without any vuvuzelas!!!
  3. Oh well... :( Congratulations Spain! Well deserved win, Germany was sooo bad this time! Worst performance of the tournament. But I'm not really disappointed, because I didn't expect the German team to reach the semi-final. They did an amazing job the last couple of weeeks and I'm proud of all the players. It raises my hopes for the following years. Well done Özil, Müller, Klose and Co. Now I keep my fingers crossed for the Netherlands! :)
  4. Hartelijk gefeliciteerd Nederland! :) So if either Spain or Germany wins the final, there will be only one unbeaten team in this year's World Cup... NEW ZEALAND! :wacky:
  5. Oh no! Paul the octopus predicts a Spanish win against Germany tomorrow. :( Just watched it live on German tv!
  6. Diego boy, have a safe journey back to Argentina. See you. :P
  7. Paul the octopus scares me!
  8. Well I disagree. It used to be the biggest rivalry in European football but this has changed a lot during the last 10 years or so. I'm often in the Netherlands, because I live close to the border and one of my friends studies there and two years ago Dutch and Germans ended up cheering for both teams. I also know a lot of Germans who like the Dutch team these days. :) Therefore I'm glad the Netherlands won the match against Brazil! Now I'm excited about Argentina-Germany.
  11. Was sagt ihr denn so zum neuen Bundespräsidenten?! :shocked2:
  12. YEEES! Paul the octopus is back... and he predicts a German victory on Saturday! (He's been right 100% so far during the World Cup!) :D [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ib4F_HH_kI]YouTube- argentinien:deutschland--Oktopus-Orakel Paule[/ame]
  13. So what do you think? Nokia? Samsung? Sony Ericsson? :wacky:
  14. I wonder how long it will take until the BBC finds out that they actually mentioned the WRONG stanza of the German national anthem... :o:angry: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/world_cup_2010/matches/match_51/default.stm?textpanel=commentary
  15. In a moment like this, I really feel bad not being in Germany now. 500.000 supporters in Berlin in front of the Brandenburg Gate today. Awesome! Reminds me of 4 years ago... :)
  16. SCHLAAAAND SCHLAAAAND SCHLAAAAND SCHLAAAAND! Best performance of the German team during this World Cup! :) Özil, Schweinsteiger and Müller are just awesome. I thought this WC would be too early for this young team, but they did so well so far especially today and against Australia. I'm glad Germany scored two more goals in the 2nd half as I didn't want to win because of the ball which went actually well over the line. It seems to be the revenge of Wembley 1966... I feel a bit sorry for England though because I like the country and the people there.
  17. Sincere condolences. ;)
  18. Oh no Germany lost... rightly! :( They simply weren't the better team. I knew Podolski wouldn't score the penalty because he missed so many chances beforehand. Sometimes you have these days when nothing really works! :laugh3: Anyway maybe it's good for us as everyone was already talking about winning the World Cup after the Australia game. So we're all back on the ground now. Now we need a victory against Ghana! Anyway, this bloody tosser thought Germany and Serbia would play curling instead of football! What a dreadful referee... :dozey:
  19. New Zealand got the first point ever in a World Cup! It was a boring match though, but the All Whites' equaliser at injury time was worth watching it! :D
  20. New advert broadcasted on Dutch television yesterday... The shirt which changes to orange by your energy haha! :D [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5djzNDbEols]YouTube- WM2010 TV-Spot: Oranje Energie Shirt - WK2010[/ame] Hup Holland Hup!
  21. What a brilliant performance! Germany was sooo good! Well deserved win! :D I really didn't expect that due to the fact that 8 of the players were at the age of 25 or below. All Bundesliga teams did an amazing job regarding youth work during the last couple of years. Thomas Müller = God! :) The red card was way too hard though. I'm a bit sorry for "Tiny Tim" and the Aussies. :( By the way, everyone in New Zealand supported Germany! :D Good old Transtasman rivalry! :wacky:
  22. England and its goalkeepers! :sneaky:
  23. Hehe! Da muss man dann einfach Prioritäten setzen hehe. ;)
  24. Hehe hier ist früher Abend! :D
