Well I had a really great time, when you're so close it can only be this way..and I really loved how Chris played with the audience, he's a real entertainer...ok probably it didn't reach the U2 shows feelings, but they're coming close, and hope one day they'll be able to have a stadium gig here in Italy too, even if I'm not sure it can better, the smaller the venue the closer to them (does it make sense :huh: ) :wink3: :D

I hadn’t written anything yet about this show (and realised no one put down a review :( )…but now, just listening to the bootleg three weeks after, all the memories of the concert are coming up again. This is going to be just a puzzle of all the impressions, bits of memory and images of that evening, as I’m listening to it :cool: Just something to help you understand my flow of words...songs lyrics are in red, Chris talking is in blue ;) The first one…running to take a good place, just one thing to remember..direction: to the right :D , and here we are, me and two friends, in the third row, I can’t believe how close I am…all talking, counting down the minutes to 9 pm…then Chris coming up unexpectedly to introduce Goldfrapp and everybody going crazy at a sudden just seeing him, the agony and the desire for Goldfrapp to end as soon as possible :bomb: ..and then all the lights turned off, the hearts beating more and more, just waiting for the moment, the countdown appearing on the videowalls and...Square One :stunned: Politik...buona sera benvenuti a tutti (good evening and welcome to everybody) and a give me love over, love over thiiiiiis that could never stop Yellow and the concert has really started, we’re all singing...pushing the big yellow balloons..we are ready to sing Chris...lets us sing the final refrain again! Speed of sound...Chris is particularly euphoric Everybody ok? E' bello vedere quanto ci siate fedeli (it's good to see how faithful you are)...and God Put a Smile upon your face starts…with everybody clapping..I really didn't remember how brilliant this song was..it's absolutely incredible live, especially when they joke while playing, and Johnny really hit that guitar :guitarist: X&Y...maybe not too much impressive..I don't know but there's something that should be refined in this song.. and then, I still have this moment, and will keep it forever, in my heart...it took me literally some seconds to understand that what they were playing was Trouble...OMG I couldn't believe it :shock: :laugh3: ..few weeks before I had this idea for a pro-Trouble party, with the motto "you'll get in troubles if you don't give us Trouble", and then I gave up, but they played it (and Chris also got the lyrics wrong, they should play it more often :P )...They spun a weeeeeb for meeeeeeeeeeee...I dreamt to sing this part since the first time I listened to this song...questa sera canterò con più passione perchè siamo nel paese dei cantanti passionali (this evening I’ll sing with more passion, because we’re in the country of passionate singers) ...damn these stupid people talking...but they really make me laugh...anyway, let's call'em...Coldplay-Coldplay:sunny: How you see the world...they changed their place in the stage...nooo Guy come back to the right...what the hell is he playing :shocked: ..but I have Chris right here..uuhuuuu how many times can you say you can't believe what you learn White Shadows...ok I know this could never compete with the one in Verona...that time Chris running over the steps, it was incredible, but a clown like him always have something to pick off of his hat, he's really stretchy, how can he bend like this, crazy man :lol: ...let's sing the refrain all together..and oops sorry but I love the final part of this song..oh come on love stay with me..please, please, please The Scientist, one of my most favourite...yes nobody said it was easy...we're pretty good :D and I loved that cut and thrust with all the ooohhhs..it seemed they could never stop Adesso suoneremo un po’ di country per il mio papà (now we’re gonna play some country for my dad)…and here I still remember first Chris putting a straw hat on Will’s head and then my friend telling me “Look at Guy, he’s having a beer” rotfl..yeah so I can stare at him better, especially when he stands up and blow the harmonica…*faints* :blush: …yes that same harmonica is now in the hands of one my friends, Chris gave it to him :stunned: Just say you’ll wait, you’ll wait for meeee I love this part of the show…Oh I fell into a ring of fire…Bob Dylan is the greatest singer and song writer in the history of the world…coming up one of the best moment..Chris wearing the Inter Milan scarf..really good choice man! :thumbsup: And here we go again…Cloooocks, piano, drums, bass and guitar simply perfect…but I loooove the bass in this one :rolleyes2: Talk…well I feel like they’re talking in a language I don’t speak, and they’re talking it to me…and we all sing the new single, I have a feeling that this song is really appreciated my almost everyone…non vorremo andare via ma putroppo dobbiamo, a presto (we wouldn’t like to go away, but unfortunately we must, see you soon)..nooo please don’t go awayyyyy :cry: A surprise was one the way…I was screaming Shiver, and everybody around me as well, I knew that if they were to play that song it would have been thanks to one of my friends who asked Chris the day before…I still remember when I met him in queue, and he told me “you know I asked Chris why don’t you play Shiver..and I saw something in his eyes saying, well…maybe, it’s not a bad idea”, then outside we were able to catch some notes from the soundchecks, and they were rehearsing Shiver..that was a clue, but nothing sure yet…and then…we’re gonna do an old old song, that’s why we are in chaos, and we’re gonna play a song from our first record called Parachutes, we haven’t played this song for four years, if we get on the equipment we can play…and it’s called Shiver :o :shock: Please wake me up….I’m dreaming, two gifts for us are too much..don’t you shiveeeeerrr Grazie everybody…let’s go Will…In my place. At the moment I was thinking ok this time he’s not doing anything strange like Verona (where he stood on the top of the last step in the arena I would say admiring that crowd singing), but how can he just not do anything?
