wow, I can't believe someone would make someone else PAY for a free ticket they won! :stunned: kinda greedy. I may find my way up to London on Monday, I have a few other things to do in the city, and might swing by Brixton in the evening as my friend lives not too far away.... but probably won't bother. Disappointed.............

I feel disheartened......I know it was a competition but Brixton Academy..... *sigh* would have been the most amazing place to see them. :sad: Last year, when there was a Bloc Party competition for tickets.... they secretly went on the Bloc Party forum and found the e-mail addresses of all those who wrote a lot on the message board and had entered the competition. Meaning that a lot of the biggest fans got tickets (not saying that all the biggest fans write on these message boards, but a large majority) I know Coldplay is a vastly bigger band than Bloc Party, but still.....I think the whole idea of fan clubs and presales and giving the fans just a bit of priority could go a long way.

If any one needs anybody for their 2nd ticket, I am readily available to go! heh. :uhoh:

I don't wanna rain on your parade, but I got a pic with Alex last Christmas :lol: A few years ago, I had so many dreams about that and Coldplay.....asking to get a photo with them and them running away :sad: My dream last night was that I was in my train station and apparently there was a power cut....this meant for some reason that the trains breaks didnt work and smashed into the ends of the station. Then I was transferred to go on a bus, except the bus looked like Tower Bridge in London and was made up of 2 little rope bridges that you had to sit on..... weird stuff. :wacko:

I think that the lower tier sections that are numbers 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109 are at the very back of the stadium...... if you have a seat that is in the higher sections but nearer the stage you might have a better view maybe? ie. in sections 401-405 and on the other side 422-419 If that makes sense?

I got an email just now, but it wasn't it. It was saying my Radiohead ticket had been dispatched, so thats a kinda nice thought... :nice:

11th..... 5 days from the gig... and taking into account, a weekend. thats just silly. :( I just wanna knooooooooooow!!!!

I was really lucky for the Earls Courts gigs in 2005, I had horrendously bad seats in the roof....I even got them in the presale, LOL. Then a month or so before the gigs, I got an email from See asking if I wanted to upgrade to a standing ticket. HELL YES!!!! I was v. happy to say the least! and it must have happened because I was a fan and part of the presale. Im so disappointed in Coldplay that they don't have a proper fan club at all, and presales this time around. Makes me wonder if they really care, what with having all seats. ugh.

ME too Jamie. me too. I'm a student so I cannot afford to just whip out another fifty quid to upgrade. Im pretty pissed off at this. but what can you do...Coldplay have become the corporate favourites :disappointed: good on you guys who did upgrade :) all I can say is that I'm happy that I have seen Coldplay a few rows from the front, and front row on the two ocassions I have seen them before.

thanks... but I'm too poor to buy another one. Just out of interest I saw what section I could get and it was floor block B!!!! Its ridiculous and not fair, and I cant be bothered with these stupid ticket companies messing us around, releasing batches of tickets *waves fist*

Seeing as we all registered for this back in early-ish May (think it was), this is getting annoying :(

I agree with all you've said Mary....I'm not a fan of the jackets either...... they make me cringe a bit if I'm being honest. Just wear normal clothes guys!!!
