Well it was caused by a nose bleed, turns out she is a very mild hemophiliac but nothing like that has ever happened since

She had gone to bed and everyone else was downstairs watching a film, so I went up to see if she was ok and she was making these weird noises, so I went and checked on her and she was kinda spasming, so I really panicked and shouted for my dad to come up turns out she was choking on her on tongue and her jaw had locked in place, so we phoned 999 and they talked us through what to do until they got there. They basically said if I hadn't have discovered her like that she would have died

I've actually saved my sister's life, but it didn't involve me putting myself in a life threatening position

I had to change it back when I wanted to actually use it though, some of the terminology was lost on me
