Ticket prices? Has anybody got any idea of the ticket prices?let's hope they're not to expensive as I'm hoping to go to at least two of the uk shows
  3. It's growing on me ,the first time i heard it i thought yeah not bad,a few listens later and i'm loving it
  4. Genius, can't wait for them to tour again
  5. Franz Ferdinand's 1st album
  6. I love the new album and despite what some reviewers have said i don't think there is a weak track on it,i was lucky enough to see them on the 14th of Feb at the Manchester Academy and thought the show was fantastic both the band and the audience where in brilliant form, during a pause in the show when Kele's guitar was causing problem's the rest of the band treated us to covers of "Mr brightside" by The killers,"Slow hands" by interpol and a snippet of "Do you want to" by Franz ferdinand. All in all a brilliant show,oh and look out for the support band from the show called "Fields" who where very good!
  7. I saw them at the M.E.N on the 29/11 and at the Gmex on the 15/12 both shows where brilliant, although my only complaint's are the number of fans who seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else except when they played chasing cars and run,and the set-list never changed so we never got post punk progression or black and blue.Anyway roll on the next tour!
  8. Iwas lucky enough to go to the show and had a fantastic night,Keane's music is a lot more powerful and as somebody stated in a newspaper article they no longer sound like a support band.
  9. Wait a minute lets take a reality check here this article was in the "Daily star" a complete rag that's more bothered about how many pairs of tits it can squeeze into an edition than relevant news.
  10. Square one, white shadows, talk, fix you, speed of sound. We should be getting 2 hour's plus shows by the time of the next tour.
  11. Could you work these tunings out in a sort of tab form????
  12. The 61-year-old guitar legend told The Times: "Right now, the power of music sits with Simon Cowell and Coldplay and U2, who are really people who just attend awards shows. How dare Clapton mention Simon Cowell in the same breathe as Coldplay and U2 Cowell is single handedly killing music with his manufactured shite, ramming all his boy and girl bands down our throats through the media all the time,i definitely sense a large dollop of jealousy from old slow hand.
  13. I can't see u2 doing anything more in Europe this year after they're massive world tour, but as for coldplay maybe one or two festivals or one off shows(fingers crossed) :)
