yeah, but i think americans tend to be incredibly irresponsible with it, so you've got to be 21 to get it. at least that's what i hear, i have no idea what it's actually like in other countries. i think if people of any age could buy alcohol here... we'd have all kinds of problems. but then again i might just think that because of the laws we have now and how it has kind of a "forbidden fruit" thing going on... whatever.
