No, the living cost isn't the same in all the European countries. I can compare Spain to England, France and Czech Republic (is part of the EU?). Well, English and French life is more expensive compared with Spain. The prizes are higher, but also the salaries are higher, of course.

Your idea sounds cool, Richard, but I think it's a bit difficult. As you say, people doesn't have time or the mood of read the book and send it to another people. I love when some of my mates read the same book as me and we can talk about it. Although I'm horrible trying to do a review...
