It's like an online bank... basically when you pay, it takes money off your credit card or money you have stored in your account (that others have paid you). It's rather useful when you do online shoppings. Thing is, it was my Mum's credit card (cos I still don't have one) and I don't want to buy it with her money, I wanna buy it with mine :)
