i'm only 5'4", so i can't make fun of her height at all :P. but as far as i can guess, i would imagine that it's much easier for a 5'1" person to be a size 0 than a 5'9" person (or however tall gwyneth is exactly). or any other averagely-tall person, for that matter.

^^all good points, but especially this: i never thought of it this way, and i think you're completely right: since both gwyneth and madonna certainly weren't overweight, i doubt it took that much to get them to what they look like now. a bowflex machine probably could have done the same, since it's not like they needed to lose a great amount of weight.

i think a black or a white hat would look great with the pink :D. though i have NO idea where the hell you'd even begin to shop for a hat :lol:. (and YAY for supporting martin + osa! :dance: i love that store, and i fear they won't last long since not many people have experienced its awesomeness yet, and it's a tad pricey :P)

my personal favorite replacement swearword is "muffins" :P. mich and semy actually took quite a liking to me saying that on the board back in the day :lol:.

i saw paul once! it was amazing :wacky:. i would kill to see him at citi field, but i just can't afford any more concerts until england, where they seem to be much cheaper :P.

hey, sarah is only one year older than me! :P and i certainly am talkative, no denying that :lol:. but i was speaking purely of volume...i was a prefect in my school, and i think a large reason behind my appointment was my lungpower for crowd control purposes! :D EDIT: and they still do that yearbook stuff, but at least in my school it was perhaps more PC than it was in the past. we didn't have "prettiest" or anything like that, but i think we had something akin to most talkative :P. i also only had 35 people in my graduating class, so they also kind of catered the categories so each person won something :P.

even if i were to shave off ALL my body fat (that i didn't need to survive--everyone needs some), i don't think my hips would fit into a size 0 :P. to be honest, i'm not that large now, but there's no way my hips will ever fit into anything less than a 4 unless i get a new pelvis :lol:.

yeah, i knew that they had started to rehearse and try out a few things for their fourth album, but as of march they hadn't started to record yet :P. i hope that's changed now, but nikolai just released his own album, albert's always all over the place, and fab is on tour with little joy :lol:. really, i just want a fourth album, and i hope they have time scheduled for it :D.

i always thought tracy anderson was fishy. i never had much to base that on besides gut-feeling, but now i'm seeing i wasn't exactly wrong :P. and "anyone can be a size 0"? that's just unhealthy. as far as i remember, studies have shown that a) not all bodies are the same, so it's probably not that healthy for everyone to be a 0, and b) healthy for the average person is supposed to be around a US size 6, if i recall correctly. from pictures i've seen, tracy is a very short, petite person, and it wouldn't be that hard for her to be a 0. but for taller, somewhat naturally larger people with wider hips? they'd look emaciated if they were a 0 (like gwyneth...don't we know that she's a 6?).

they played clips of VLV and LIT on a segment of the NBC nightly news :nice: (in addition to U2 and the kooks in the same segment!). someone at NBC has a killer taste in music :D
