  1. I still think 2013 is million years away. Aww no! :( But anyway, that means the solo will sound much better on the nice clarinet. :nice: Also, people won't be able to tell the difference between a good and great performance unless they play an instrument as well, so you needn't worry that much.
  2. If that means more banjo, then absolutely.
  3. If I'm lucky, I'll be out of my postgraduate course by spring 2014. [/old]
  4. AMEN.
  5. Same here, man, same here. I talked about that song today. OK Computer bland? :blank: I haven't seen so many different emotions put in songs until I first listened to this album.
  6. Nevermind.
  7. Yeah I understand. Thing is, they were actively insulting us in our own thread so we left.
  8. Awesome! Except that I'm gonna be away for 10 days. :shame: ( )
  9. Yeah, sure! It's Nina, we've met on Atease before. I don't post there often these days. Too many ****s around.
  10. Lore Honey! :nice:
  11. Oh thank you for that. :blank:
  12. callistosinope :sneaky:
  13. I keep saying "contemPOrary" instead of "conTEMporary" if that counts? :uhoh:
  14. LOL Westboro. The show looked so fine, ah! Lovely setlist. :nice:
  15. These are gorgeous, Liz!!!! Love them!! :wideeyed:
  16. Oh god. :( I think you should still go for it, even if the transport's gonna be expensive. I know it's hard to spend loads and loads on money on something, especially if you're not rich but I think you'll be glad once you're at the concert. It might be your only opportunity to see them in a long while. Do it, it's gonna be fine!!! Or just a look at the photos - no special flash thingy and big distance (well, anything that's more than 2m away from you) = BAD.
  17. Awesome! I'm still waiting for the venue announcement so I can buy them.
  18. She told me she used flash because the pictures would be blurry otherwise. I had to restrain myself from saying: "Your brains are blurry, you dumb fuck." I just smiled and said: "Oh well, mine got perfectly clear with a P&S. :nice:" Dude, you can't just give up. :wtf: Go early and you'll make it. Some of my friends are going, I could ask if they knew any public transport to the venue.
  19. It looks great! :awesome:
  20. No fucking way. I'll let them have their mobiles. When I saw Interpol in a concert, there was this tiny girl trying to get to the front. She had a Nikon DSLR and she kept taking photos with flash.
  21. Have fun, Brent! :nice:
  22. Nikola -  That song is effing awesome. Fact. Well this was a nightmare. I tried to score some tickets for friends but I didn't have any luck. :( At least most of them managed to get them for at least one show so that's good.
  23. $20 is a lot if you don't have a steady income, which most of us don't. I guess. Anyway, I don't mind paying a bit more for these gigs as I see them more like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I know I'll be able to save up for other things later.
  24. True that... I love Radiohead's set up but it doesn't do nothing for those sitting at the very back of the venue.
  25. Awesomeee!! Is it his first time playing there?
