In a past life (i.e. before college and whatnot), I liked McCain - the man's honest and candid, but I've just agreed with so little that he's said recently that I can't really support him anymore. I kinda sorta like Romney, but none of the GOP is all that impressive this time around.

What a pleasant surprise to find Gogol Bordello on the list! I love those guys, and between that and some of the pub they got with Wristcutters, they've really been getting a lot of overdue credit. A great year for a great band. Now, as for the list in whole...Rilo Kiley in the Top 10? I barely think it's a Top 50 album period. I also don't think Maroon 5 belongs, but I also think it's a helluva letdown after Songs About Jane. And Britney making the list at all? WTF?

Sounds like we're in for a few late-in-the-game b-sides. If the mixing process is already underway, I'd be surprised to see any new songs slip into the mix. Remember how many new songs have come after the albums' releases before, especially during the X&Y era.
