when i'm down i tend to play guitar and listen to moody music it does not necessarily make me feel better and there is no easy answer but it does help deal with the emotions :/

the new songs sounded great, they played five i think, two of which i loved and the other three sounded good but more leisurely, all sounded very them tho which is great :cool:
