if your nose is half-blocked, don't blow your nose. you only make yourself worse as for the science...YIKES!!! that's some tough road!! but never fear, there is always a solution!! try this: get your hands on some short articles/essays/pieces on whatever you have to read and read them first...that'll help you get a general idea of what you're gonna face. next read and relate everything to real life experiences.... i used to talk to my chemistry book when i was doing chemistry and enter into an argument with it...it helped me remember and understand what i read. hope that works!
