So one day i was messing around on my StumbleUpon (quite possibly the best thing ever created for the internet) and I came across Haystack. It's like, a social networking site based around finding music. How cool is that?? I started to realize a couple days ago when my ipod was playing in my friend's car that pretty much all my music now comes from being on there. Where do you find new stuff to listen to?

Mew concert I finally got to see Mew!!!!!!!!!! I've been wanting to see them so bad lately. For the past month I have listened to their album Frengers everyday. So the concert was amazing. They played all my favorite songs and had this amazing light show that kept me very entertained. They are in the middle of a North American tour so go see them quick!!!:)

i just picked up The Shins- "Wincing The Night Away" and its definitely just as good as I was hoping and a bit suprising with where they went with some of these songs.

Has anyone ever come accross bands on myspace that they label in a particular genre that you just don't agree with? For example I wouldn't consider Coldplay rock, I could definitely see alternative, pop, and maybe even acoustic but not rock. Do you know of any bands like this on myspace?

So Coldplay is one of my favorite bands to chill out to. They are so soothing. I also listen to Toby Lightman, Jack Johnson, Bob Marley and Dave Mathews to relax. What artists help you unwind?
