I admire your decision to travel such a long way, I really do, and I don't know how I'd feel if I were you, but seriously, what were you in it for? Did you really travel to London only for meeting fellow Coldplayers and Phil & Miller? Or were you expecting 'something more'? I know if I even consider a long journey I've got to know what I will be doing when I get there just to have no regrets later on. Abouzt the expenses, well you knew what you were getting into, right? Even the plane ticket mustn't have been cheap. From the band's point of view, I don't think they expected fans would even consider flying from all parts of the world, and I'm sure they're very proud to have such brilliant fans. The whole thing probably wasn't planned so much in advance, that's why it came out a bit different that what you'd like. I still think it's a nice thing they did for the fans. Plus you're always going to be able to say it you were there in the video! ;)

I am completely sure the album will come out sooner than that, perhaps in April? But it's probably more or less finished by now! I think European Tour is pretty likely for June 2011, or perhaps even May. It is insane.

Oh come on this is insane. I'm about to skip school, go on a plane and camp outside the Beehive...just about everyone gets to meet them nowadays! :D

Hello you guys, just an interesting thing I found out right now. On the official Apparatjik site there's a cute mention of coldplay, it says: "Apparatjik is...Guy Berryman's last project before new Coldplay album that will be called 'Great Expectations'!" :D (check it out on http://whatisapparatjik.com/) And if this turns out to be true, this will be weird for me personally because I wrote this would be the title a week ago here a few posts back. :) and I was also the first on the forum who guessed that viva la vida would be a song on LP4! :D

That's Rik Simpson on the right, means they are recording there perhaps too? some viva la vida vocals were done in NY, I believe, and Strawberry Swing and Lovers in Japan they finished there too.

Well it's better to have doubts than to have nothing at all I think, especially at this point of time when we know nothing official will be released for some time yet.

Yeah I did tell him I was searching for some demos from Viva era (obviously not the ones that leaked out last year!), but I got the impression that he wanted to know exactly what song I had in mind so I wrote him back that I was looking for the likes of FOP, LRLRL, The Deserter, and a bunch of songs which we know only by title. Perhaps he'll be back with some good news ;)

I was the 'other', here's his reply: Hiya, Its Joe from TheColdplayUnheard, hopefully 2 demo's going up this weekend, lots planned, its all a bit hectec at the mo as we all work 9-5 jobs too, so we are aiming to get demo's out soon (it may be just one though, we'll see), What are you after any particular song, we have a few demo's we may well have it, Thanks Miha, TheColdplayUnheard he's a bit sceptical about the second demo I think :D

What I absolutely love is that the guy said there will be more demos to come. Imagine Famous Old Painters or LeftRightLeftRightLeft - even in their demo form should be pretty good! This leaked song which doesn't have a title is imho from "A Rush of Blood.." era. I don't know why - it just feels like the song A Ghost..

no, it was definitely Chris alone on the piano, but another short version of Wedding Bells was with the band. I hope someone ripped it and that it will show here soon!

Hmmm I have new doubts to be honest. This guy who uploaded the video also wrote the lyrics below the video. But he didn't get them right, a lot of words are quite different. I don't know now if this is a double scam or what.. imagine if they put a weird effect on Chris' voice, it could have been him, just not from LP5 period, but before..

in some parts it's like Chris, but I don't think it's Coldplay. If it was, I wouldn't be surprised though, it's a dreamy song and whoever is the author is quite good!

I just hope the band haven't decided to scrap everything and start from the beginning! Roadie hasn't written anything for a month and a half so he better come up with something! Oracle didn't even answer questions yesterday.
