I go to a good amount of concerts in Toronto and there hasn't been one show that I hadn't seen scalpers at. Like I said in another thread, it's always the same guys scalping too. However, when I went to see a show in Niagara Falls (Us Side) there were no scalpers there. It was in the middle of nowhere though.

The 2003 Molson Amp show was recorded by edge, if that what you are talking about.

Yah, but also very profitable. Actually, I don't know if it is illegal in Toronto.

I remember when I went to see Blur at the Kool Haus, they came out too and signed stuff. I love when bands do that. You went really early. How did you manage to get front centre if you were the 10th in line?

They don't take away from the song at all, since it's just people dancing around listening to the song. If it's done right, subtle like that one is, I don't mind songs used in media.

I find that it's the same scalpers at all the shows in Toronto. There is long with long blonde hair, older guy. My bf and I call him Iggy Jovi (because he looks a bit like Bon Jovi and a bit like Iggy Pop), was he there? I bet he was. So no one got tickets tonight? Odd.

Bump!! This band was just on the new music, and the guitarist the one with all the tattoos was talking about how bands with green mohawks and tatoos have something to hide.. umm, didn't/doesn't he have that?
