I think the media has some influence on peoples body image. But friends do as well.

Well i should be thinner for my height, but i think im fine how i am. But everyone is shaped differently. I have a friend who is taller than me and thinner and looks just fine. Some people are naturally thin and others are naturally curvy. But, when people starve themselves, or over exercise to change there whole body shape to fit into the "ideal" body shape that society protreys i think its sad. There is alot of pressure on young women and also young men today. I was in the mall a few days ago and this girl was trying on clothes and she was petit probs a size 2-4 dress and she was complaining about being fat.. as her mother told her she was getting chubby!. *that was a long blab* haha

kate winslet is beautiful. She has a nice shape to her. But people are all shaped differently. I have friends who are naturally thin, and they arent unhappy because of their size. And redgirl, good point. Im naturally the "perfect" 10 according to this article, but sometimes my size changes. Im happy with who I am, but not because of my size. And saffire.. women do obsess over there bodies waaaay to much. Alot of the times women compare themselves to the shapes of other women.

No, there isnt exactly fighting. Theres just certain people who cannot admit they start shit. they like to go around the bush then... from there a huge argument begins. quite immature in my opinion. But hey.. some people clearly cannot act their age. And IZ.. people on here just take things to personally, dont be one of those people. I know its sometimes difficult, but dont beleive the world is out to get you. And yes the pity arguing should stop, but many people i believe have become brainedwashed.. yeps

aww. its all icky out now. There was over 8inches of snow, but then it got warm, and now its all slushy and just icky.
