I'm not talking about mainstream hip hop. I'm talking about hip hop in essence and reality. Common, Rakim, Nas, you know, the real stuff. MF Doom, people like that, that mainstream people have never heard of.

I'm glad I'm not the only hip hop fan up here. Yeah Kanye is real dope. He produced most of Common's new album so be sure to check that one out. Got a favorite hip hop album?

Like school for piano. You learn different songs and count up the grades, while the songs increase if difficulty. Grade 10 piano is the highest level, and it basically means I could teach anyone piano. More or less it means I've mastered the piano.

I finished Canadian grade 10 piano... My father is a German African-Canadian and my mother is French.

Just posting here to say hi. I'm a big fan of hip hop music, but I'm an even bigger Coldplay fan. Coldplay is more or less my guilty pleasure in music. My favorite songs are "In My Place," "Amsterdam" and "Yellow."

The last album I bought... well... will be buying in the next few days is Common's Finding Forever.
