  1. Numbers are sexy. I mean seriously, sometimes, you just have to, ehm, see things differently,
  2. Meh whatever. Radiohead and Sigur Ros are better than both combined. We have gone pretty much off topic and you don't seem to see things objectively, you just cringe and squeal because we are apparently attacking coldplay when all we are saying is that U2 is bigger, not better, but bigger, and it's a fact. For example, where's more money, in Uruguay or Brazil? You may say that Uruguay is a small country with a small population, and that in terms of increase per capite they are muuuuuch better than Brazil, still, it is richer than Uruguay.
  3. They don't even come with good arguments: they don't criticise their music or lyrics. They just mention about the importance of mainstream success and attack them directly, as execrable as when people criticise coldplay because Chris is so weird, mannered and clumsy instead of focusing on their work and achievements. The attitude is what matters.
  4. Exactly, selling millions of albums means nothing. I like more coldplay, but U2 has released new music and filled stadiums continuosly for a long time, and are much more bigger than coldplay, it's a fact, more people go to their shows and have gone and they have sold much more albums. Perhaps coldplay will be bigger than U2 in 5 years or 10, which means they will have reached U2's level in a shorter amount of time, but take into account we live in the age of information, anyone with access to internet can listen to any artist in a few seconds and U2 has been bigger than Coldplay without that and with less population.
  5. Yeah I like to eat my tacos with lemon.
  6. Lolz. You clearly did not understand us. Coldplay is big, but U2 is big as well and has a better reputation, if we could call it like that.
  7. Even Luis Miguel is much bigger than Coldplay. BTW this means that if U2 had creativity they'd be much bigger than what they are now, so instead of filling twice the Azteca Stadium, with some 120k people, they'd fill it 4 times.
  8. You can't certainly come up with good arguments. Besides, Lady gaga has sold like 10 million copies, NSync and Eminem too. They are bigger than coldplay.
  9. Coldplay are not as legendary and influtential as U2. Bono is much more powerful and much more known than Chris Martin. IN addition, after 15+ albums taking into account live and best of releases they keep selling millions of copies. I prefer coldplay than U2, but saying that coldplay is bigger? *sighs of relief*
  10. Sorry. Now it's corrected. I misread.
  11. Oh Alex is a hawt brunette doctor. U2 used Muse as their supporting act. Is coldplay big enough to do that? After 30 years of career U2 keeps filling massive stadiums and satisfying everyone who goes to their shows. I assure you that just taking into account the Vertigo Tour, more people in Mexico have attended to U2's shows than coldplay's. And Bono is just 50, Look at the Stones and Paul McCartney or David Gilmour. Creativity is what matters, not age. In addition, Bono is one of the most important man on the music business, and one of the best and most charismatic frontmans. This is a fact despite you loathe their music or not.
  12. Post of the year. Haha. And lolz, Coldplay bigger than U2. You can like one over the other, but saying that Coldplay is bigger than U2?
  13. Well, is the big package going to help Greece anyway? This so remembers me of Mexico 94.
  14. Update me about their state. New album when? New songs?

Bye Iz! Take Care and I wish you the best, I did not know you were still around. Greetings to Eric and your baby.
  16. One of the Greatest posts I remember.
  17. And what if they ask you stuff from UK?
  18. The hottest temperature I have ever experienced was 50ºC. That was hell. But I really can't stand heat, I sweat often and clothes get stuck to my skin. In addition, I feel even more thirsty and tired. Nope, Border state as well, why did you think so?
  19. Not the whole country, some places like Ciudad Juárez and some cities of some Northern States are out of control, but other places are fine. I think we're heading to Colombia's path :\ Ciudad Juárez, for example, is the most violent city in the world, and other ones like Tampico, Tijuana and even Monterrey are very harsh these days too. But as I said, it's mainly in the North and Guerrero and MIchoacan. The other States are fine.
  20. Elba Ester Gordillo would be disappointed.
  21. And saturday we had snow. Isn't it cool? I hate heat and this fucking twisted weather, wth is going on?
  22. What do you mean? Basically review present day literature (21st century?) or why is literature important for contemporary society?
  23. In some places it's actually really tough. Mostly in the north border and in the states of Guerrero and MIchoacan (center and southwest)
