thanks for making that clear! well but i have never heard that someone got caught because he/she downloaded something via rapidshare, mediafire etc.. the only one's who got caught were because of torrents or because of using programms like emule, utorrent and how they re all called like..

i'd say yes they are more dangerous because usually you need a program for downloading i think. but the danger is that you are uploading as well while downloading when using a program.. maybe i m wrong. :shrug:

23 of september is the first day of autumn.. it's a friday and here in germany new albums are released on friday's.. so i go with the autumn release!.. :wacky:

they seemed to be really exhausted! and they had to celebrate in miami.. for me the only strange thing was that this old guy (the founder of the mavs) got the trophy before the team itself :/ it was very emotional especially for dirk nowitzki who went off the court to cry alone in the cabin.
