I think you need to ask yourself these and figure out the reasoning and thoughts behind them: Why is it wrong to stay just friends? Why is it wrong to be more than friends? Give each of them a few minutes and consider, don't just zoom through them. Maybe that will help a bit There's nothing shameful or shallow about not going out with someone just because you don't feel physically attracted to them.
