I am going through one of those stupid "everything is immoral" states, where one realises "omg society is so wrong" and bleats it wherever they can - in my case, on thar internetz. Please ignore any irrelevant threads or replies I make of this nature, and redirect me back to my own thread if I do so. It is bad habit and I'm trying not to look like a total idiot by continuously doing it. I can bleat on about "immorality" in my own time somewhere away from the forum where nobody cares. (This is just to remind myself otherwise I keep doing it, plus you get to make me look silly and reconsider instead of going on about shit) kthx.

Perhaps I was too harsh... I tend to be a bit skeptical. My posts seem to be getting more people riled up by the day, I tend to just add to much criticalness. I was just trying to point something out... no means to argue. Kudos for getting it up so quickly, though, and organising and funds and whatnot. I just wanted to see how you'd deal with some problems, and again... mm... For example, PayPal sometimes randomly freezes your account with all funds in there if they think something suspicious is going on, and it's VERY hard to contact them to explain what's going on.

I don't even bother with forced conversation, I just give vague responses until it gets all nice and awkward.

Thus I used an example to illustrate how practices like "kill the diseased" were used and openly accepted in ye olden times, and these practices are nothing new, merely now they are kept hush-hush. Yeah it's disturbing that this stuff was done but it was and everyone thought it was okay, now our attitudes have shifted but not everyone's. I'm amused you think I am homophobic for this reply though, I haven't said a thing endorsing or supporting this stuff. In fact it's a very wrong thing to do, and not to mention counter-productive... if I am so hateful, why do I hang out with the gay? Why do I date someone who is bi? Why do I sometimes question my sexuality sometimes? You should really stop being so judgmental, I know my post sounded bad but that wasn't the intent. I have no problem with anyone who is gay or bi.

So basically you are going to all lump together as a big entity with lots of money, attempt to by a lot of the items, therefore becoming those "really rich people who buy everything" you were complaining about. Therefore cheating other people that AREN'T on Coldplaying that could ACTUALLY really earnestly want the items. A bit hypocritical isn't it? This is one reason why I'm not participating. As much as you all want yourselves to feel good that you're bandying up together to get these things, and as much as it is for charity, this premise still goes uncared for because 'at least we know the people on here are "REAL" fans'. What happens if some newbie signs up and pitches in a tiny bit, wins something using the proposed equal ticketing system, wins the item, receives it, then disappears from the board? You're all fucked in the ass then. Try to think for once instead of being all "COMMUNITY LET'S WORK TOGETHER HURP DURP", and use your proper accounts. This is all, of course, if you are all actually going to do something and get the money together.

This would be avoided if there was a clause or some sort where it would have to state in a contract or whatever that these drugs may be used. Very true... the crafting jobs are now by machine and you have to go through educational qualifications anyway to get to the hands on ones Nick has some good points also though.
