    ^7 kinda...eh.
  12. Yeah, I get ya. I hope so, because I do want to hear some more bass, maybe a little less Politik. It all makes sense to me now, thanks for explaining it. But it's interesting. I didn't know this album was mainly of Chris and Jonny, darn that sucks for Guy and Will, with them doing a wicked awesome job on everything. I wonder if they'll have an album of Guy and Will then... lol.
  13. lol.... I have to say on my part, I made the dumbest game on Lounge Games.
  14. YES! Also my other point. The tune is catchy, the lyrics are pretty good to me but the vocals...eh. The ending was great, though it felt a little off key with the piano. I really hope for some more classic Coldplay. I can't either. It makes me anxious to hear everything else to see if it's an actually good album. I mean, there's bound to be a little classic CP in there some where. HAHAHA, I know right. What does that mean exactly?
  15. I know! me either! I could just imagine them opening with VH. Oh how awesome.
  16. You're right, I've got that. I know, I can't just judge the entire album with one song but, well, I'm starting to get the hint from both VH and the 30 seconds of ASARY. I hear the voice, it's still the Chris that I know, so far. But I hear the guitar and totally forget about the bass and a little bit of the drums. It's like, that's all I hear is the guitar and the voice. Old tracks have everything equal on scale. I hear all the instruments, not one totally maxing out the rest.
  17. :stunned: wha.... great calculating.
  18. Lol, when is it not another VH thread? :laugh4: Exactly! It's not blowing me away as much as it did. I've heard it about oh a good 10x now but it's not hitting me like it did the first 2x I heard it. I really hoped it would be something like AROBTTH, something that just... lasts. There's not much to this song anymore. I honestly think it's because of so much hype and happiness and waiting that made the song so much sweeter. The joy of just listening to something new from them sense they haven't played anything in 3 years.
  19. That song continues to blow me away. What's funny is that I've been listening to AROBTTH at it's maximum since Violet Hill came out. Either that or In My Place. Just those two songs. It's funny because it's like, I have to hear some of their GOOOD old stuff after I've heard VH.
  20. Fine. what would you rather? my other fav is AROBTTH or In My Place.
