Just saw the performance too, they were fine,...methinks as well Chris was nervous...there was a second of him looking at someone on the first row, and rolling his eyes at her, as if to say" omg...i`ll get through this!!" Fine tuning better done on a show like this than in concert, eh...? I always felt they didn`t do as well on awards shows as in person... But it was flashy and great to see my boys BACK!!

Ummmm,:thinking:, you could boycott the show, and just not go!:P

Back in the day BCP, (before coldplay) entered my life(or is it, I entered theirs...?).. My fave band was Matchbox 20/ Rob Thomas. I recall noticing the same things/ words repeated all throughout the songs. Maybe songwriters do hold deeply certain ideas/themes in their souls pounding to get out and be heard, repeatedly! *meh*...or just a fizzle in the imagination department:thinking:

I GUESS MIDDLE, AS WELL. When they came to Seattle on X & Y, it was the very first show after having a couple weeks off for Christmas break......they were well rested and jolly from the holidays! I had seen them also just a few months before, and they seemed a bit frazzled.

Major health issues, and choosing to be a " play at home" grandmum, is allowing me to just enjoy each day at a whim....stalking Coldplay has been my new fave pastime....:sneaky:
