  1. Yeah, but couldn't she change in the toilet? Or ask you to leave the room? Isn't there a way for her to get to the whiteboard without climbing on your desk (or even ask you to do whatever it is that needs doing on there) The way I see it, there are three possibilities 1) She is extemely confident about her body and just likes showing it off 2) She thinks you're gay and therefore not interested in her 3) She wants you now (probaby on the desk :)) What you waitin for?
  2. Is she seeing anyone?
  3. I think maybe the feeling is mutual - climbing on your desk, getting changed in front of you... she's not very subtle is she???
  4. Hey! You're back... and in top form, I see. Did you check your tv quotes thread - it's been a bit of a Scrubs-fest this afternoon:laugh3:

  9. Well it's not bathrom-related, but it is quirky... I asked "What did the bands parents plan to call them if they had been born girls?" (My best friend is pregnant and she's struggling for names)

  11. It's Andre Previn - v important classical musician & conductor. That clip is genius - but then, most of Morecambe & Wise's stuff is Their breakfast routine to the stripper music is hilarious-and they don't utter a single word:laugh3:
  12. That's the Scrubs ep where Turk has to wear a beard of bees at the Honey Festival :laugh3:
  13. Why, thank you! It's just like the song says, you know! Just looking at the latest question on the site, Alice in Switzerland calls the Oracle "wise one" Maybe that's the way to his heart... simple old-fashioned flattery :laugh3:
  14. Well, my maths is rubbish but there's been 5000 submissions and I'me guessing less than 50 replies so far.... As for my sig - I was in London on Monday, and just had to go and have a wander round Maida Vale, all the while listening to the album on my I-Pod!
  15. Yeah, even as I typed it, I knew I'd ignore my own advice. I've been on this site for over two hours now - it's just so bloody addictive, and everyone's so nice! Nearly 5000 questions - maybe that explains the poor quality of some of them. There can't be time to wade through them all so I guess they just pick some out at random. Here's hoping the tide turns and some Coldplayers get picked soon! P.S. Love your sig!
  16. Statistically 87% of the population is - yet only 59% of Coldplayers are  Are fans of Coldplay more likely to suffer from mental illness??? Kind of calls Chris Martin's idea of us all being intelligent, good-looking, wonderful people in to question! Then again, he is a left-hander himself...
  17. Do you ever think it's all an elaborate wind-up? They put these lame-ass questions up there to frustrate those of us who sit around all day dreaming up weird & wonderful questions? Maybe it's a sign that we shouldn't be surfing as much... Maybe I really do need to get a life...
  18. Uh-oh! Well here's some less-than-pleasing news from the BBC's website: Scientists have discovered the first gene which appears to increase the odds of being left-handed. The Oxford University-led team believe carrying the gene may also slightly raise the risk of developing psychotic mental illness such as schizophrenia. The gene, LRRTM1, appears to play a key role in controlling which parts of the brain take control of specific functions, such as speech and emotion. The study appears in the journal Molecular Psychiatry. The brain is set up in an asymmetrical way. In right-handed people the left side of the brain usually controls speech and language, and the right side controls emotions. However, in left-handed people the opposite is often true, and the researchers believe the LRRTM1 gene is responsible for this flip. They also believe people with the LRRTM1 gene may have a raised risk of schizophrenia, a condition often linked to unusual balances of brain function. :shocked2:
  19. I can't remember the exact quote (If JD wasn't M.I.A I'm sure he'd know it!), but there's the one about Kelso's tatoo of Jonny on his backside "We were in Nam together, and if you'd been through what we went through, you'd understand" I can't believe we've never actually seen that tatoo - or Enid!
  20. A couple of the 16 year olds that I teach just read "The Outsider" by Albert Camus (its original title is L'Etranger - it was first published in French) and loved it. I warn you - it's dark. The opening line is "Mother died today" Maybe it depends on what stage of adolescence you're in - they're enjoying going through a rather black, gloomy mood at the moment
  21. Can you name 8 countries that begin with the letter 'I'? The Oracle can...
  22. Ah, now I remember it!!! We could fill this entire thread with Cox & Kelso barbs :)
  23. Another question - this one was asking the identity of the Faultline track... finally something a little leftfield
  24. Just thinking about the identity of The Oracle... The popular theory seems to be that it's Phil. But the latest update has just happened - aren't they in the states at the moment? That would mean he's updating the website at like six in the morning? No-one could possibly be patient enough to answer these ridicuous questions so early in the day - could they?!!
