Hibbleton is the name of the fake band the Janitor forms with the brain trust when he freaks Eliot out. He says they're the best accapella band in the hospital, so Ted and his group challenge them to a sing off. Remember? I don't know what season it is, think it's a fairly early one...

The Colbert thing was actually a response to a series of adverts on the London underground aimed at Gay tourists who might want to go visit the states. Apparently, they made a series of ads about various different states - but South Carolina complained and requested it be taken down. Georgia & California were fine with it apparently!
