  1. Of course Cris_Santos is right (again!) It's your day, you should pick something you love. (But man, I love Til Kingdom Come)

  3. Well I wouldn't want to shoot the bride, but, come on, Til Kingdom Come is bloody brilliant. It is comfortably in my top 5 Coldplay - lyrics wise, I think Chris is at the top of his game here
  4. You're unstoppable with the puns tonight!
  5. Oooh, you're good!
  6. I know I suggested several, and others have come up with great ideas, but Cris_Santos is right, the lyrics for Til Kingdom Come are just beautiful for a wedding

  10. I'm 32 on Saturday Whenever I think I'm too old, I just remind myself I'm the same age as the band - if they can make the music, I can write about it
  11. Oh, I hated them too, I was just asking if that was who was in the picture...
  12. Ooooh, or what about Life In Technicolour Who knows what the real words are, but it's a great piece of music, really uplifiting. You could walk out at the end to the "woah's"
  13. Depends on your relationship history I guess... * A chequered romantic past before finding "the one"- Til Kingdom Come * One partner rescuing the other - Fix You * A bumpy ride, but you got there (together) in the end - In My Place * A long, protracted stalking before the other person caved in - Shiver Or how about Strawberry Swing - The sky could be blue... could be grey... without you I'm just miles away Is there a more romantic sentiment than that? Good luck on the big day
  14. At work today we were talking about Saturday Kitchen (TV cooking show for our non-brit posters). That made me think of Jun Tanaka. :dozey: Think it counts as "weird" 'cos he's not really a celebrity, but he is seriously cute... and he can make a 3 egg omlette in 17 seconds!!!

  18. I love this movie!!! Actually it inspired a thread I started in The Lounge - "Confess Your Celebrity Weird Crush" That movie made me fall in love with Simon Pegg - which I thought was weird, but it turns out lots of other ladies feel the same way. Only one person on the thread has a sexy robot crush though!!!
