has anyone heard the faint women's voice singing in the background of this track. I don't know if it occurs in other places on the song, but you can definitely heard it like three times from the 2:46 mark to 2:55.

It's definitely just the song, and they messed up with the title and classification. It doesn't even say pre-order, it says buy album like you can get it right now.

Hey I really don't like how they did this. First of all, there is no clause like the Briston one, for the MSG show saying that you need to present ID. This means the submissions are likely going to be flooded with scalping companies. Second, They are giving away one all expenses paid trip to the MSG show, which is nice of them, but just makes incentive for people from around the world to enter who wouldn't be able to make it to the show otherwise. Any of those winners will end up selling their tickets as well. Half of these tickets are probably going to end up being scalped. Edit: Also, there must be thousands of submissions for MSG already, and only 1% done. I have been checking the site constantly over the last week, and now it is going to be a random drawing. Some casual fan who wanders onto the website by accident or reads about it on another website over the next fewe days will have the same shot at winning.

Hey it is annoying me that the 7" vinyl and magazine combo are back up on NME. Earlier today it said that they were sold out. I preordered it last week because it was a limited edition thing, and it is crappy if they are just going to keep printing discs when they claimed it was limited edition.

Yeah I keep chjecking their website constantly. It is really distracting. I have work that I need to be doing.

I put one for Violet Hill and one for VLV. I love both. I like ASARY also, but the others are superior.

I love Parachutes and AROBTTH. I also loved X&Y and the songs we are getting now. I also have a very diverse taste in music. If you only have a taste for their earlier sound then you won't like any change. I for one would not want to hear the same album reprocessed over and over. great bands constantly evolve in their music, and Coldplay is a great band.

This is getting ridiculous, every new song we hear from coldplay someone claims is apparently ripping off another song with one same chord.

If you look on Amazon.com there is a physical single for Violet Hill with a release date of May 20th. It doesn't have a track listing in the info, but there is a picture of the back and it has "Lost?" as a b-side. I can preorder the Violet Hill single for $11.99 right now, but I can preorder Viva La Vida for $9.99. i know the single is an import but that seems ridiculous.

I like them both, but I like Violet Hill more. I think ASARY is a really good b-side.

I'm liking it a lot. I've liked all the albums and enjoy that they are consistently doing different things with their music.

Hey guys, long time fan, new to the forum. As mentioned by others, I think it is definitely a reference to Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy. In the books the the cover of the guide has the words "Don't Panic" written on it. Also, 42 is the answer to life, the universe, and everything. The books are great for those who haven't read them, and usually when you se a reference to 42 it is a reference to the books. the song might have something to life, the universe and everything, but I wouldn't be surprised if the title is just a reference to the books and has little to do with the song, similarly to don't panic.
