I think VLV has more vocally challenging tracks. Chris still sings the classics (Yellow, Clocks, etc) great. But the new ones are tough.

I still have to watch. Eek. Don't be upset about the stage size though, that's how SNL always is. And you certainly shouldn't be upset over LIJ being cut off. Cause I don't think I've ever seen SNL let the artist play even 3 songs. It's always two. I'm like really happily suprised that they got Yellow in. But of course SNL has to let them play 3 songs. They're Coldplay. THE BIGGEST BAND IN THE WORLD. ;)

I'd rather have 42 over Lost! Love Lost!, but it's been rather played out lately. I reckon they'll play Lost! for sure. But hoepfully 42 over Viva? Doubtful still. I loved the 42 performance from Later, when Chris had that shriek and then exploded during the instrumental part.

I wish this was like 3 weeks later so we could hear an EP track. But I agree with Lost! and Viva. There better be a skit, cause that's what I'm holding out for.

Hah. Yeah. I had prety much heard all those interviews before. It was funny how everything they said was taken out of context. Like not necessarily negatively, but the comments they places were often about a TOTALLY different topic to begin with. That amused me. The voice also called them pretentious a lot. And really really pretty much called X&Y a failure.

Yeah, but that adds to the attractive/appealing factor. If it's strictly looks, then Chris having "false modesty" shouldn't play a role either.

If Chris is a diva, Guy is absolutely a diva. He's just more quiet about it. Plus. I think Chris is more appealing to people, because he's the lead guy. He writes the lyrics. People relate to the lyrics. People are in awe that he writes them. You know? I mean they're not great, but they're more interesting than bass lines. Is that Guy's fault? I mean, obviously not but you know. It's just the way it works. And it's not Chris going on and on. Guy doesn't like to talk. I watch a old Much program with them. Probably an hour long. Johnny, Will, and Chris were all talking. Guy didn't answer a single question. He just quiet. Chris is the frontman, he's supposed to be the vocal point. I think Chris Martin is pretty cock sometimes. Deservedly so. But I also get a lot of insecrity coming from him. So, it's not like he's over his head in terms of his ego.
